1  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Mining profitability; as it affects Bitcoin's security on: September 30, 2025, 06:53:22 PM
Actually, it's not that scary. Even though mining is less profitable, the entire network is designed in such a way that "difficulty adjustment" occurs. That is, the system will adapt to the number of miners. As a result, security is not threatened at all, but rather it will run a little slower. So even if the number of miners decreases, Bitcoin's security remains intact, it will not collapse.
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Could RWA adoption be a long-term trend ? on: September 30, 2025, 02:27:37 PM
There will be always the hype of memecoin. Cause gambling won't ever ciese to exist from it's core. In crupto trading world memecoin trading is more like a gambling to me. You can only gain 100x with a memecoin no other token/coin , project will give you this type of return in a short time span . So if you really wants to have your ground strong you should focus pther instructors like RWA , AI sectors. Like RWA AI sectors is also blooming.

We're seeing lot's of interest from big company , specially Black Rock has shown a keen interests on RWA project. So I think this is the future. But we need to open our eyes and move with the flow of time
3  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are there really BTC seers? on: September 30, 2025, 02:22:37 PM
Honestly, keeping it for so many years is not just a matter of foresight, it is also a matter of luck and mental strength. Not everyone makes mistakes like the Pizza Man, and not everyone can be as patient as that Boyle in the true sense. Maybe someone left it intentionally, or maybe in some cases, the reason may be losing or forgetting the password. I personally think that maintaining exposure for years in this roller coaster market is not an easy thing at all. So those who have really held on are not just seers but people with a different kind of human structure.
4  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin survive the next generation? on: September 30, 2025, 02:19:04 PM
Bitcoin was not here with us couple of years back but Bitcoin is here so can it survive decades like normal money?

If we talk about Bitcoin, then its mining will end around 2140. If we calculate it roughly, there are still 115 years left, which means more than a century. And the interesting thing is that Bitcoin cannot be printed at will, like the government is doing with our currency. Just think about how many zeros will be added to our currency in a hundred years and whether we will reach crores in personal budget per capita income beyond 100 lakhs. The numbers in the numbers game will only continue to increase, at the end of the day, will the quality of life improve? This is the real question.

But I think if you want to leave it for your next generation, then you can definitely close your eyes and buy Bitcoin. Maybe in the next 100 years, many new technologies will come, maybe something new will come, but I can say without a doubt that nothing will happen in 100 years.

It's a good point of view. I hardly know how to play slots Well, I know how to play, but I don't know much because I bet and the money goes away very quickly, I have more experience playing craps, but it's not that I'm an expert I can still lose a lot of money, and if I use the Martingale strategy, it's very quick to lose, In these cases, I should look for more strategies for slots.

You should not even thinking to try martingale strategy on slots. Cause if try with 0.2$ in 10 loses it will increaes into $204+ , but in slots we often hit 10/20 dead spins , and it's normal if you're in bad shape and got 20 dead spin you need to multiply it by $200k which is insane .

Well the thing is, even 10 times looks smaller number but you have to keep the balance of $400+ to able to apply martingale strategy. You see you can hit easily or convert your investment into 2/3x just by betting 0.2$ in Slots, cause getting a 100/200x is pretty normal in slots. I used to think slots as crap, but true essential lies on how you play the slots

When I play normal spins, I usually play on auto. That way, I know how many spins I played at any time of the game... I like to know after how many spins I won the bonus round. By the way, that "little action" for confirming free spins to start the bonus round is a great feeling... Smiley

Well, we are not involved when we play slots, but some of us enjoy watching those reels & lines lining up... especially in bonus or super bonus rounds. Waiting for the perfect combination...

Good luck to all players!

What about buying free spins. Which one do you think is most profitable, buying free spins on continuously betting small bets. A free spins usually costs 100x of the base bet. So if you're buying a free spin you can eventually spin that slots 100 times to reach that level.

I've a mix impression on this. Let's say if you're lucky enough you can hit a free spins on 50 times of your try but if you're not lucky enough even 200x is not enough. IMO killing some times I play manually and don't skip the animation. But still in profit margin ratio I'm not sure enough if buying free spins is profitable

Have you ever gambled while drunk, either in physical casinos or online? Did it change the way you placed bets, and how did it turn out for you?

Haha that's interesting gambling while drunk. Eventually our mind don't works in straight but if your luck is with you I think even drunk can't make you lose. Basically in drunk position you won't be in calculated mind. Although I didn't gamble in while drunk, but I remember a state while I was playing a tournament with cash rewards on casino, I eventually was able to grab a winning prize😁. Isn't it hilarious 😂 I even can't belive that myself. In the morning like, wow if drinking helps than it's not bad.

N.B - I am not in the habit of drinking regularly.
7  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is prevention better than cure? on: September 29, 2025, 06:14:46 PM
There are people out there who do not want to play gambling at all because they think that once they do, they will fall into addiction. Of course, we know it’s not that immediate nor easy but it makes me wonder whether there’s some truth to that. Is it better to avoid addiction in the first place by completely devoiding yourself of doing that activity instead of playing and getting addicted only to try and recover afterwards?

If you wants to just try the game, casino, gambling once in a while or with friends you wanna try some entertainment it won't hurt IMO. The problem starts when your liking concerts into regular needs. You are facing uneasiness and uncomfortable when you're not playing . Or you're always thinking of the game , even if you lose you're still trying play it.

If you play occasionally they you won't be addicted. Lot's of my friends gamble occasionally. I myself not a regular gambler but neither I'm a addicted gambler . It's upto you how you're facing, how you're dealing completely within you. If you think you can manage it than play, if it's taking over you get cautious in early stage that's all .

Glad to see you guys active on Swc Poker Tournament. Ig I'm missing you guys on other regular poker tournament on the forum. If I remember correctly I started poker on this forum with SWC and now I play regular poker tournaments. Although the roll in isn't free but it's basically free like just wagering requirements. I'm waiting for another big tournament on SWC platform.

Good for you that it was a micro freeroll. I remember once (few years back) I was playing on Pokerstars and reached FT (first prize was like $1000) with massive stack. It was around 2 am at my place and my phone just switched off, I did not have any other device back then. I rushed in the street and stopped one person and asked him for his phone (he did not have a smart phone but a simple keypad phone). I called one of my friends (who has no idea about how to play poker lol) and gave him instructions (all the way from downloading and installing lol), I was in call for almost 1 hour (complete madness haha). Still I managed to achieve 2nd place and got around $700. I thanked the stranger (who just stood there the whole time lol) with some $$ next day, it was a happy ending lol.

Lol you really are lucky fish. Your phone battery's dead and you were still able to place in 2nd . How did you celebrate your winning with that man besides you standing the whole time. You won't get usually this types people. You could have get trouble the way you approached stranger 😂.
9  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: El Salvador Launches Bitcoin Bank on: September 27, 2025, 07:07:32 PM
Hello bitocointalk 👋

I saw his on X (former twitter) and wants to share it here:

https://x.com/BitcoinNews21M/status/1971439588716707936?t=T70OTXeO8SommhpGWSfxrw&s=19

El Salvador is really doing great away from legal tender now a Bank! I give El Salvador their flowers !

Op the image you shared it's probably a photoshop or a rendered image. It has no real basis. Actually this was used as a conception of Bitcoin Bank but as like our traditional bank it's still not possible to build one. In traditional bank we mostly use it just for keep our money safe and we don't wanna carry bags of money with us all the time , so for that reason we keep them on the bank , so that bank will keep them secure for us and we can use them whenever as we like to use our money.

But for bitcoin, it's already secure and safe we don't need to meddle with a 3rd party. Invention of Bitcoin, Block chain technology was only for this reason. But I think we could have a real life Bitcoin bank , which will operate like Bitcoin ATMS. People can withdraw fiat for their Bitcoin, They can stake their bitcoin for the reputated Bitcoin bank and earn interests on it. But I think this will violate the first rule for having or owning your bitcoin. Alway keep the bitcoin for you. Not your keys not your Bitcoin.

বাইনান্সের হিসাব করে দেখলাম।
1 USDT = 125 - 127 BDT (সেল)
1 USDT = 95 - 96 INR (বাই)

আর,

125 BDT = 91 INR (আজকের রেট - মানে ৪ রুপির ডিফারেন্স)

11  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Reason to return to gambling after quitting on: September 27, 2025, 06:27:37 PM
What could be the reason for his return and what can be done to manage such situation?

Returning to gambling doesn't define he is getting addicted to it. If someone can kept him away from gambling for more than 1 year he is no longer addicted to gambling I think. Why not see it like this he is playing  for entertainment now. I was not a true gambler from the begin with. But I've spent my certain times like addicted, can't think a day without gambling yet I paused gambling for a long time and came back recently onto it.

It's not always bad to return for gambling. We should ask if he's into gambling full time or just for entertainment.
12  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: September 27, 2025, 06:18:17 PM
India is unbeaten so far in this tournament, Sri Lanka missed a golden opportunity to beat India yesterday. In T20 format, it's possible for every team to win the contest because of it's shorter format. Pakistan was not able to beat India in this Asia cup but that doesn't mean it can't beat India tomorrow. Pakistan must figure out a strategy on how to get rid of Sharma early on because he is highest run scorer of this tournament and he can play a big inning.

Yeah that india Srilanka match was truly unfortunate for Srilanka . They had betted brilliantly , specially Pathum Nissanka scored 102 run in just 58 ball. In T20 cricket batting 184 strike rate is already more than enough yet he scored a century that T20. I felt sorry for him, that they could not win at the end. They played super over horrible. All the Viewers on the gallery was so quite. Match was very thrilling at the end.

India Vs Pakistan Asia Cup Final

As far now India played extraordinary and showed they resilience over all the match. But Pakistan ain't leave todays match that easy. One of the most rivalry countries on cricket will face each other again todays match in asia cup final. Which team supports you're gonna be?

14  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🟢 Rainbet.com | Crypto Casino & Sportsbook | Competitive Rewards 🎁 on: September 27, 2025, 09:41:25 AM
You bet to make money and when it looks like profits is not coming, you can take sometime to build your risk management perspective and try other games that might become profitable. You can try and still lose so that does not mean that you will have to quit. You bet to make money so when the money has not been made, will you give up? You don't have to because money lost can bring luck depending on the mood that you are. If you bet and keep winning, you will not want to stop but when you lose, you can take a rest and have a rethink for a better days.
Sometimes it is better to give up in time and come back later with more strength than not giving up and spending all the money we have at the moment, it is not pleasant to be without money, in the casino if we lose control the only thing that will hurt us will be all the lost money that will be very difficult to recover, I am not one to risk a lot of money because I have risked a lot of money playing and it was not a very good experience because I lost, I had no luck, but that was enough to learn the lesson, although I do not deny that sometimes I fell into the temptation to continue betting.

Your words hits me hard bro. Two days earlier I was playing slots and lost my initial deposit, then deposit two more times. In last moment I was able to recover  50%  losing, but I didn't stopped. Keep betting and eventually lost my all . I think I've set this mindset cause  the day before I lost, I gained all that amount in one sit. Maybe that's the reason I was not paying that much attention for my losses. Cause I only lost my earning. But I realized if I wants to maximize my winning and keep my track I need to take necessary steps like stopping . Cause every day is not meant for me.

16  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling has an impact on aging process on: September 27, 2025, 05:38:00 AM
Question is :
Do you feel that you aged fast because of gambling, or do you feel young and vigorous because you are a responsible gambler?

If you want to be healthy, you have to work for it  it doesn’t come for free or from genetics alone. It's sad that your lively friend aged like that in a short time period. Usually a regular gambler who is addicted for gambling and not a professional to handle always faced this types of thing. No matter how good you're playing if you're not handling your money management smartly you will find yourselves facing this issue eventually.

Chronic stress and cortisol spikes accelerate aging of skin and hair.
Sleep Disturbance will cause dark circles, fine lines

These are the very common reason your friend is aging fast. Gambling is the main culprit for this. In the end if gambling controls you it will effect on you physically, mentally and emotionally. But if you're a responsible gambler you can enjoy it as a form of entertainment

In the India vs Sri Lanka match, the Indian team has set a target of 202 runs in 20 overs. In today's match, it will be very difficult for the Sri Lanka team to win by exceeding the target set by the Indian team. Now it remains to be seen how well the Sri Lanka team's batsmen can perform in this match. If the Indian team can perform well on the bowling line and take down the good wickets of the Sri Lanka team, then the Sri Lanka team will become much weaker. The Indian team's batsman Abhishek Sharma was dismissed for 61 runs off 31 balls. Tilak Varma scored 49 runs off 34 balls.

Yeah India played very well in todays match , it was worth watching. In this asia cup india was dominating from begin. It felt like india is playing with bunch of baby nation. Till now they are unbeatable. Lets see how Srilanka play todays match. They have plenty of good batter left, specially Kusal Perera , Kamindu Mendis,  like players. They knows how to hit big.
