Hi Sterlingcoiners! Happy first day of Autumn! As I'm sure most of you know, our listing at Altilly lasted only a little over a month before the exchange was hacked late last year. This was very bad news for Sterlingcoin and other projects, EverGreenCoin, another project I work on, included. Altilly has been restructuring and will be re-launching as Altfenix hopefully before year's end. Part of this restructuring is collecting listing fees, so they have the capitol to re-launch in a more secure manner. These fees are discounted for projects that were previously listed to 600 Euros each project. I do find this advantageous, not only to be traded on a larger platform with more exposure than we currently have with BTCpop, but to regain market data being reported to Coin Market Cap. I, Steven Saxton, have worked out a deal with Altfenix staff to re-list both Sterlingcoin and EverGreenCoin for 1 fee of 600 Euros, not 2 fees of 600 Euros each. This is very generous of Altilly, soon Altfenix, staff. Donations from the EverGreenCoin community do have us over 10% funded now with the first $65. I am writing to ask you to please consider supporting this effort so both projects can be relisted once they begin to accept applications. The fee will be due at the time of application. I assume there could be much better chance of donations, if an option to pay in BTC will be added, besides (or instead if) option to pay in fiat... As well as I am not sure why there is a requirement to enter full user details, such as person's name, surname, email address and even full postal address (!!!  ) on the "Billing details" in checkout page. Asking such things in crypto world is something to guarantee to put people off, regardless of their intentions. I am far from assuming any kind of misconduct, but why is this mess with numbers? So very sorry. The 600 figure is the US Dollar equivalent, roughly. 500 euros = 580.23 dollars as of the time of this writing, ~600. Sorry, I'm a yankee, I tend to think in dollars.  This was the source of my mistake. 500 euro is the fee for both projects to relist, yes. I will get some crypto donation addresses posted. Again, sorry for the euro / dollar mistake. Will this be a hint that EGC will again have active market? Because right now, in CMC, EGC's market data is untracked, and you can't find also in coingecko. This is an old alt, so hopefully, you can revive this old coin and be useful to some crypto users? Where are you planning to list this coin and do you have the timeframe for that? There currently are 2 active markets, BTCpop & XBTS, but neither report their exchanges' information to CMC; unfortunately. Coingecko reports on data from CMC, which it can't get because CMC can't.  EverGreenCoin is not removed from these services, but they are idle without data being reported. Yes, we're actively pursuing more listings, you wouldn't believe some of the ridiculous listing fees. (Reference: "Exchanges" board at https://trello.com/evergreencoin) Yes, we'll certainly be getting more markets and, yes, ones that report to CMC. BTCpop has planned a new site that will report to CMC, but they've been planning that for years and has no firm ETA. We've found exchanges that have lower listing fees, but a lot of those are not accessible in the States. Given we're incorporated in the States and a lot of community members are in the States, it is a requirement. Certainly if being paid for by community members in the States. We all know, and can see once again, centralized exchanges can do this to projects. They can, do, and have over the past 5+ years. We've been around this block, but exchanges seem to think all projects must be ever-so-flush-with-cash as of late. We are not. We have applications in at both Binance and Coinbase (again, reference: https://trello.com/evergreencoin) we do feel confident about, but wrapping is also being explored and evaluated on ETH, Binance smart chain, ADA, and/or SOL. Because of unknowns and uncertainties on both fronts, time frames cannot be given for either. No, sorry. Not at this time. Community members are asked to make their interest in EverGreenCoin trading known to exchanges via support tickets at their favorite exchanges. as i said long time ago, projects like this that do not have any fundamental will just receive less and less attention
with 300$ daily volume, bittrex makes just some cent from the trading fees
so, they have lot more expenses than earnings from keeping EGC listed
i would not be surprised to hear that this coin will be delisted
aaaand I was right I tried to warn people about this failed project....I hope that they listened and saved some money from the scam... Sorry your goals do not align with the project's, but glad you finally figured out enough of your 'puter to surf the web.  |

EGC is very alive and the network is very sound. You may want to check your network firewall settings. EDIT: Weekly snapshots are made available at https://evergreencoin.org/snapshot/ every Monday, should that be found helpful. |

i was offline from many time today i saw my bittrex EGC holdings are gone.
Bittrex delisted many, many months ago. They would have emailed you telling you to withdraw your funds. It was also announced in this thread. Your only option is to contact Bittrex support. |
