What about the other 4 fixed matches.
why are u asking me? go check yourself and you will see that every match mentioned was heavily beted on (judging from the big moves of the odds) before the game

i have read the finish forum and before somebody brought up this thread the last posts were from 2021. They were as surprised as we were here but agreed that there is no evidence and nothing is done by federation or police. So pretty damn huge coincidence to bet on those certain teams actually there is no coincedence at all. If you check any odds archive services online you will see that those matches were betted hard long before the games. It can be seen from the very big odds movement on exactly the same outcomes as in this thread. The fairlays situation here happened during the games. I guess the gambler in question saw the big betting on those results and decided to risk himself also.

so it is pinacle who matches bets there overall, if anybody wants to win with this fairlay, we can say that he has a tunnel vision. If he wins money from them, pinacle will not match bets, they dont like to loose. So bettors, just loose at fairlay and pinacle will continue matching bets there. SIMPLE AS THAT

The red cards, own goals & particularly goalkeeping performances certainly point towards the potential of likely match fixing. that three posters with activity over 3000 say the match was fixed.
thats VERY nice MANIPULATION from your side, CONGRATS. You should ask fairlay to double your fee, to manipulate others words like this is a very hard work other thing - those 3 quotes were made based only on the fairlay words, before the bettor had any chance to speak up. I think the bettor even pointed out some lies in the fairlays original post.

i am 100% sure that the members you mentioned are not 100% sure that the match was fixed. additionally, it does not really matter what some people on an internet forum think. It does not matter how much activity those people have. UNLESS, those members actually work for FBI or something What matters is what police of those different countries think.

its VERY curious that one Fairlay defender stops posting and then another account is created and starts to pitch a different defense idea trying to TEACH the users different things.
Let me teach you something also.
The article you linked mentions FRIENDLY games, meaning there were UNOFFICIAL games. The federation in question even said they did not take place.
In this thread the matches in questions are OFFICIAL matches easily provable by the many federations in questions even MONTHS after they took place.
See the difference? OFFICIAL versus UNOFFICIAL.
Second thing, the bookies DO NOT HAVE the right to decide a match was fixed or not. If a crime was committed, only police or the local courts can decide that.
See the difference? POLICE versus a bookie that lost money on a game and want to make it like it was fixed.

One thing that I’d like to address to give some background on Fairlay as far as winning big. People have been betting huge amounts of money at Fairlay for 10 years. Fairlay makes money on volume. As soon as there is a huge bet at Fairlay, the line moves immediately at Pinny.
because pinnacle is the marketmaker, everybody knows that, but fairlay doesnt say it out loud

There seems to be a market for selling fixed matches and Ilves Kissat is mentioned there quite often. For example, on instagram, 4th and 5th picture at https://www.instagram.com/jay_chinea/a market for selling fixed matches, where you could literally make hundreds of thousands of dollars via highly criminal activity - advertising itself in the open on instagram ?? you are joking right ? are you new to the betting scene? on many tipping platforms, in telegram tipping groups, everywhere where betting is involved - every third tipster claims to have fixed games )))))

The market maker / counterparty in this bet has actually hedged the bet we learnt, so he does not have to be compensated if arbitrator decides so.
i ask for the nth time, is the market maker in these bets Pinnacle ?

The problem is, I doubt that fairlay as a site lost any money on these bets since there are a betting exchange and not a bookie. Maybe they also act as a bookie but I can't verify that since the site doesn't really give a lot of information when you are not a member. At a betting exchange you play against other players and not against the house. So the main question here is, why can fairlay keep the money when they didn't lose any. Have the players that bet this game and lost have been compensated for their losses? If not, why is that so?
I have been asking this question for some days now. In their main thread also. But as other questions in this thread fairlay just ignores and dont comment at all. There is talk that the default market maker on fairlay is Pinnacle. By the way @fairley, quite sending PMs to users here in this forum trying to lure them to your site, I don't appreciate that and it's rather annoying. Since this is a different bitcointalk account but clearly this person is working for you guys ( official fairlay email address ) I assume it is an official representative. i also received the same message, but as continuation of the questions i asked in their main thread, so i think its fair being messaged like that. What is not ok is them just ignoring my and other peoples questions. That is totally not ok

They probably were matched by Pinnacle since they aren't immune to fixed matches or anything though I am curious as to why you are concerned about this link.
my question had no connection to the current case. I asked the same thing in the main Fairlay thread but was not answered there. That thread is not very active and before this situation the fairlay guys did not participate in it for a very long time. I just asked here to have a better chance of being answered. I just wanted to better understand the Fairlay system itself as i heard that all of the bets are actually matched by Pinnacle. Just wanted to confirm that. Thanks

i asked in the main thread, but did not get an answer.
This situation is a nice opportunity to actually rephrase my question
so here it is :
were the bets in this case actually matched on/by Pinnacle, i.e. Pinnacle was the market maker ?
for those of you not aware, Fairlay is actually an exchange, kind of like Betair, where anybody can create a market and accept bets on it. Alternatively anybody can bet on markets created by others.
there is always a sporting offer on Fairlay, the markets are exactly as on Pinnacle with the exact same odds. Fairlays terms and conditions mention that they actually use Pinnacle terms and conditions. From some posts and comments i also understood that Pinnacle is the default market maker.
thats why i asked if the above mentioned bets on potential match fixing games were actually matched on/by Pinnacle.

Ognjen-Support: Registration is disabled as we are working on the new platform. On it, access will be possible only via invites by already existing members. cool that a new platform will be released soon i understand that on Fairlay there is always a marketmaker for a listed sporting event. The exact offer of different matches, and the exact same odds, fairlay using Pinnacle "terms and conditions" for betting, as well as reading other peoples comments i understand that the default marketmaker on fairlay is Pinnacle. That is most of the bets are matched by Pinnacle, unless some other fairlay member was willing to accept a bet, thus creating a market offer. I was curious about it and followed odds of some markets. I noticed that when odds change on pinnacle, they automatically change in Fairlay also. They are always the same as pinnacle, always a little bit (very little to be honest) smaller. Also the way fairlay website works, it doesnt update the odds in real real time, but if you refresh fairlay market page after a change in pinnacle, it will always show the exact pinnacle odds (minus the small commission i suppose?). So, @Ognjen-Support, am i right that Pinnacle is the default marketmaker (the ones actually accepting users's bets) on Fairlay ?

We are all surprised that the activity of all channels and representatives affiliated with the platform has stopped, whether here on the forum or on any other website. It's been more than two years and no updates of any kind. What is even more surprising is that we stopped accepting new registrants at the same time that we did not hear any complaints about the disruption of withdrawals or deposits for old registrants. This ambiguity is not in the platform’s interest if it intends to remain in the market, and I find it necessary to warn users about it until clarifying updates are issued.
At the same time when questions about Fairplay are increasing, you are looking to buy accounts on it. Can you explain to us what you intend to do with these accounts or are you aware of updates to the platform that we have not heard of?
its GAMBLING i want to start betting on that platform and i am willing to pay real money for the opportunity (as the registration is currently closed, i will pay money to somebody, who has opened an account, when it was still possible). Accounts are totally anonymous, so "transferring" and account like that is really easy and totally safe. I am willing to take that GAMBLE with all the uncertainty about this platform. Although I do not encourage anyone to sell a private account or buy a private account from someone else, I find your idea reasonable to acquire a Fairplay account since registration is not available. But except for two points: - First, because of the current situation of the platform, which we are no longer sure of what is happening with the absence of official clarification on any of its channels. This means that it would be risky to use the platform in this case, in addition to the risk of having an account that is not even registered with your correct info. - Secondly, in your previous answer you did not specify that you intend to purchase one account, and whoever reads will understand that you want to purchase several accounts. let me clarify a few things - an account on Fairlay is not really a private account per say, not like with any other bookmaker. It does not contain any of your personal information, only the email address and password (both can be changed before transferring). These accounts were really easy to come by, as anybody could register "a thousand" of them with just a different email. Fairlay says that they are in the final period of testing and a new version will be available soon, so people will be able to register for new accounts. To answer your concern points: 1. I am totally aware of all the risks associated with my proposed transferring procedure and i am ok with them. If you think about it, all the risks are MINE, while the original owner of the account gets paid and has ZERO RISK afterwards. I think its a pretty good deal. I will be able to register there myself soon, but i just want it to be done quick, thats it. 2. I think English being not my native language played a role in that and i was misunderstood. I need a valid account, that i can bet from. Thats it. with all that being said, i would totally prefer somebody of stature from Bitcointalk to act as an Escrow (for a fee of course), somebody like yourself, for example.
