4  Economy / Lending / Re: Loan of .05-.1 BTC on: June 25, 2014, 08:32:50 PM
I am looking for a loan of .05-.1 BTC to invest in an ALT coin that I received a tip on.

Collateral: I have a 12 month xbox live code that I just purchased that I can provide you.
Sure you just bought something and now you remember that you need the money for an investment...smells fishy for me...

Yeah it's called a credit card. Hard to buy BTC with a credit card... I also didn't "just remember" if you actually read my post instead of just troll around all day.
How can you gurantee that this x-box code is not purchased with a stolen cc?

For one, the store wouldn't let me purchase it if it was. Second my trust rating speaks for itself which is > than yours. If you're not loaning me please stop spamming my thread with useless posts to boost your sig campaign..

I am looking for a loan of .05-.1 BTC to invest in an ALT coin that I received a tip on.

I will pay this loan back .06(for a .05 loan) and up to .12(for a .1 loan) within 7 days from the salary at my work when I also invest more into this ALT coin.

Collateral: I have a 12 month xbox live code that I just purchased that I can provide you. (worth $50-60)
If you would rather just purchase the code from me you can have it for .05

I would like to request a loan.
How much? .03 BTC
Purpose - I received a good tip to invest in an ALT coin.
Duration - 2 Days (I get paid on Friday)

Method of repayment? I get $1000 every week from my job and will be buying more BTC from LBC to pay you back and also invest in more of the ALT coin.

- How much do you want?  .05 please
- Where will it be used for? To help cover the rest of the cost for another 290X. I am trying to buy it so it can be shipped out today.
- In how many days will principal + interest be paid back? 2 Days. Unless you want it to be 7 days for more interest.
- How will you be repaying the loan? (mining, signature, advertising, salary, etc) My job pays me $1000/week but if I had to I would either redeem or sell my 1BTC cas physical BTC to repay.

13  Economy / Economics / Re: Anyone Think Bitstamp is Insolvent? Possible BTC Price Drop Incoming? on: May 25, 2014, 01:06:33 PM
I mostly lurk, rarely post, but as someone who has been involved in the KYC compliance changes for one of the worlds largest financial institutions, I'd just like to say this:

This is quite literally textbook FinCEN foundation, and I would actually take this to be a good sign. It means that Stamp is taking the necessary steps (including a fair bit of 'catch-up') to be in compliance with US money laundering regulations that would place it on the same level of credibility as an international bank. Personally, while it might be a bit of a chore at the outset, I consider this a very good sign long-term.

Great first post.
