On XMG:
cpuminer_win64_magi_byMarcusDe-core2-0922 on i5-670 (default 3.46Ghz & TurboBoost 3.66Ghz) "-t 2 --benchmark" > hashrate ~22kh;
cpuminer_win64_magi_byMarcusDe-core2-0922 on Q9550 (overclocked 3.4Ghz) "-t 2 --benchmark"> hashrate ~21kh.
...I5-670...
This processor does not support AVX instruction set so it is at a disadvantage straight away unfortunately.
Really. But, i wrote about the AES. Also it is not supported, sorry... I'm correct here:
Need optimized miner for i5-670 with instruction SSE 4.2 and others , added in i5-670 after Q9550.
Example on X11:
darkCoin-cpuminer-1.3 better darkCoin-cpuminer-1.2 by ~29% on i5-670 (default 3.46Ghz & TurboBoost 3.66Ghz).
"minerd-aes-sse2-sss3.exe -t 2 --benchmark" > hashrate ~163 kh;
aes-sse2-sss3: Optimized for generic processors supporting the AES-NI, SSE2 and SSSE3 instructions set.DarkCoin-cpuminer-1.2 on i5-670 > hashrate ~132kh.
At the same time darkCoin-cpuminer-1.3 does not work on the Q9550. And Q9550 (overclocked 3.4Ghz) work only darkCoin-cpuminer-1.2 ("minerd.exe -t 2 --benchmark" > hashrate ~100 kh).
