I registered one week ago. i deposit money like 1k and such. sometime win some time lose. Last win was 1200$ and i try to make withdrawal. They say i need to pass KYC. Okay i do it. send everything. They reply that are banning my account. SCAMMERS
i have Youtube channel with 200k subs that i promote such websites, i will make special video with tumbline - FORTUNEJACK - SCAMMERS OF THE NEW YEAR. I m in many telegram groups that promote such gaming websites, i will post everywhere also.
You are wining my 1200$ but you will lose 1000x more !!!

On my other account i play here from 2018 and never they ask me for ID.
But now on my new account, on first withdraw when i have 3500$ in my Account they ask for ID.
If you have read their T&C before you create your account, you should not be confused about this. Since you said that by creating another account you have been playing on their platform for several years without any problem. But now they want your ID for another account verification, to process the withdrawal. So you have to understand here that since there was no problem in the previous account, then why is there a problem now? This means they have doubts about your activities or your fund so they want your ID. I think if you give them the right information they will process your withdrawal without any hassle. Yeah correct that's why he needs to follow on what Cloudbet ask to him so that he can clarify all the verification process made since if all things clear for sure he will get his withdrawal without any interruption so for now he should comply and avoid using multiple accounts for any further hassle in future. Ps. Just now i offer support to talk on LIVE with me and them on Skype or any other way they say. I offer this because i want to show them am regular 34 years guy that love gambling on soccer,thats all . I can even show my id on this live talk so they can see its me, but i refuse to send this documents because i explain very good what i think.Its too much personal information, that i cannot agree to give to any website ,not only them. It's all up to you and Cloudbet to figure out how to solve this problem. I know it's not safe to share personal information online, and people are more cautious about personal information when someone is involved with crypto. Crypto gambling sites usually ask for KYC if they find something suspicious or shady related to the account in question. This is usually specified in their TOS and your situation does seem shady in my opinion. If you refuse to provide your KYC to them, your problem won't get resolved which is why the decision lies in your hands. I guess we all have seen this kind of situation before, but the end conclusion is always the same either the user provides KYC and secures his fund or lose his funds by not providing KYC. Lastly I can understand why you don’t want to provide those details, but sadly you have no option so I would suggest you to reconsider and submit KYC details and end this saga. Hello, maybe around 26-7 hours ago, i decide to send all the documents and what CloudBet want so to proceed with verification because after i read all they terms and condition and everything other information, i decide to trust them with holding the info of players as me. Let see !:) In the end, i think this can be plus for me. When have KYC, there will be no more any problems, which i get as good thing. Thank you people. |

I make the new account because i cannot login on old one. I even contact support and tell them what i do. So i think everything is okay here. THere is many cases when person give his id an what i will do then ? say, - O no i never take loan from you. Who will believe me ? no one, they will ask for they money. Am not saying here that Cloudbet will do this shit, but as i m sure there is many people on this Earth who can easily hack they servers and get all info they want. They are people who LIVE by this fraudsters schemes. That why i dont want to show my ID and whatever. Even to lose my 3500$. Can you support your claims through screenshots, videos etc? Without any sort of proof, no one is going to believe you here. You could just be a gambler who is seeking revenge by losing all your money here. Also, making threats in this manner won't help your case to be honest. Instead, you should start a scam accusation thread against them and share your proof there. Of course i can show proofs. IF they unblock my account. Because from the time i receive email, i cannot login. You understand my point ? Yes, you are right, without proofs its very easy to speak. But that is the truth am speaking here. yesterday i login from my old account that i say about, contact live chat, ask them how that on this account i play years without verification, but on other one they want after 20 days .They reply that soon i will receive email regarding that case. And imagine , after few hours i receive email for the old account that they want verification on it ,too. Hahahha if it wasnt real even i would not believe ,so funny are this cloudbet people.  What threats you say i make ? this is not threats, this is true story, this is what will i do . |

If they want verification as you say this matters, its normal to start from registering and DEPOSITS.

Today i try to make my first withdraw 0.022 btc and what happened you think? I receive this stupid message about ID verification. So, when the case is this cloudbet to send money they want ID, but when we deposit they dont want ID ? I will make Youtube video in my channel, i will even pay to my viral youtube friends to make video for this scamme Cloudbet must be aware that WE ARE HUMANS AND WE HAVE HUMANS RIGHTS. WHEN WE WIN, WE HAVE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW .(i even was goin to withdraw only 0.022 btc and with 0.08 that is left to continue to play. But what ? on first withdraw and they cancel. OKAY.
