why my account got banned up to 2 months, and no notice of what I have done, until the BTC-e treats me like this.  and I can not Withdraw from BTC-e this proof for cant withdraw from my account  and I do not feel that big mistake *btw sorry for my bad english Dear faiyonet, You was banned from the chat because you post trojan links. This may happend because your PC is infected. To be sure hacker who infect your PC will have no access to your money we locked your account withdrawal. If you can’t access you account for whatever reason, please create a ticket to our support with the following information:
• your username and registered email (the old email);
• your transaction history (at least the last three (3) transactions);
• the methods of deposit;
• the history of IP entries;
• the new email you’d like to use in your account.
We strongly recommend that you use a Gmail.com account with two-factor authentication. Please note that after your email is changed, withdrawals from your account will be blocked for two weeks.

untill now admin and moderator still banned people in trollbox. but never reply my tiket/my Issue.  Your email address was exposed in your pic. no problem with that, i hope staff btc-e can see me here all problems must be solved with a transparentYour exposed email address maybe targeted by hackers. ok, I have color in my email address. Hackers ... ohh no, will create a new problem for me later. thx my friend, for the warning. everything happens has a reason. Maybe you don't know the reason why they banned you but i'm sure they have a reason yess, I like the way you think. just better to issue banned more than 2 months without any notice? and I was not making a mistake. anything else for that matter. until I was banned 2 months can not withdraw I will repeat again  They have their own reason it so happen that we or you don't know why you get banned. It's impossible they just accidentally click the button to banned your account. yes i now i still waiting admin btce reply my ticket. BTC is banning random users for easy money, DO NOT USE. Call em up or DDoS.
I just wanted to finish with a fine, maybe there is an error of the system. and hopefully I can withdraw as soon as possible. I will continue to provide information about my account banned. now I just can: - Deposit - Buy / sell all pair and I still hope to continue to transact in btc-e I do hope your problem will get resolved soon, you're not the only one having this issue. How much BTC you got there, and what you did, you really got banned for no reason? If that I wont use them, started using them not long ago.
range 0.8 btc yes, they do not send any emails about a mistake I made The only reason your account could be blocked is if it was under security risk. If you were banned by a chatbox (or trollbox as most people call it) admin you should be able to access your funds.
Write a ticket and keep us updated.
I guess, I do not do a disservice BTC-E, and if any of my words in trolbox inappropriate, perhaps with a banned me in trollbox. why I am not allowed to Withdraw. ok, i will update about my account here. In the withdraw section it says "contact support", have you tried contacting them? What was their answer?
