So I recently stumbled upon a small private pool http://eth.perfectmine.io/ and it seems there are only 1 miner active so i joined to see how things work out happy to say i`m pleased of the fees and how smooth it runs...only problem is there is not that many documented versions of the configs you need to use in order to connect .....so rinsed and repeat and eventually got the pool connection node de1.eth.perfectmine.io:8008...btw i`m using ethOS on a usb stick so pls if some1 else would take a look and maybe leave a review here so I would know if you guys think its legit....I only put one of the smallest miners on this pool to see how long it takes for 1 ETH


Updated...so my testing rig mining on this pool came out great...i got the payout at 1.14 ETH and it was fast as well ...so far pretty pleased of the pool performance...would also advise you guys to enter and mine here before the pool changes their fees 

so im having this noob question i started the gui miner a few day ago...and im using slush pool and an account on bitcoin.cz....and it says there shares and score and mhash...but always blocks 0 ...is that a problem or something cause i dont know and also i`ve been told that i should request a flag for my video board its nothing big (ati radeon hd 4350)...

also if any` knows if i can add more workers on my account from mining.bitcoin.cz..and if yes how
