I have 2 case unsolved, Trying complaint to support, but they look like ignore my complaint. Already over 1 week

I got refunded yesterday, and everything is fine. then a hour ago I got new case, so I sent a ticket more, again and again they didn't reply me This case solved with an explain. Thank you for assist, even with long a time. I got a reasonable to understanding. By the way I haven't seen RW since last week RW need time to break.

Does craps work for anyone? https://blackjack.fun/game/nucleus:Craps1I can only see a blank screen, but the other dice games like SicBo and RocketDice work without any issues. Plus would Blackjack.Fun maybe want to add Binary Options in their list of games of chance? Guessing that price of Bitcoin is this forum's "favorite sport". Everyone can't stop checking the price every 15 minutes, and also can't stop talking about it. Doesn't work for me, you can report them to team through info@blackjack.info. I seen team had hard work to fixed the games have problem or not working, so your report will be helpfully.

What is the result? where is the proof probably fair? I didnt see anything.
I can suggest you to see the official bet history provided by the provider. Can you check the games history their? The games/provider what you were playing allow to show the games history? There is only blank, i got nothing, then i dont know about result. even once draw, even on draw games/result. my money is not back to my funds.

Ah, it’s normal Zb. The bets which is running for third party games is lose. Don't worry bet history showing like this for all players. Btw as I know admin already told you about this. So that means third Party provider did not take your money. But yeah Team should redesign or solve the issue for bet history. What is the result? where is the proof probably fair? I didnt see anything.

Why you think your balance goes to provider? Can you explain a little bit more? And if you have any screenshots feel free to post it here.
