Last month I’ve made a deposit of 567 eos there and even today I haven’t got my money back. I called twice, I contacted support, but all of them tell me “we have escalated” and that they can’t provide me any details for security reasons. What security reasons? It is what they say when they have no reasons to lock your money and they give this reply and keep your money locked. I reported them to SEC and I do intend to go for legal actions. There are lots of prob bono lawyers out there. If you don’t want any headaches, don’t trust this company. There are so many unhappy customers with even 40k$ locked. They don’t care about their customers and my advice is to avoid this company if you don’t want headaches.
On TrustPilot website, there are so many complaints and 67% with bad reviews. All of them have same problem as I have. Be careful with this company

I am not with Bitcoin talk forum, not a forum person, but I created this account because I do have something to say. Primedice isn’t what it used to be. It does gets worse and worse. Harder and harder to wager, not enjoyable anymore, especially during the last 2 months. Making so many times deposits, barely something good, at least to relax and enjoy what I deposited, on so many deposits eventually the good times were coming. One month keep depositing, having capital, and the numbers are extremely weird.

The reloads are only from vip 3 now, and lots of lags, when the lags are coming is always with more reds, many combinations are not there anymore, the speed is extremely high on rows to not catch them, the rows are less and less, there’s no chance to even enjoy the game. I am not the only person who have the same problems as I do. Many vip players complain about same problems.

Just be careful these months. They know people can make more deposits since the price got down and if now you have the chance to wager more and that would mean for them to give bigger bonuses because of the lower price. They know how to play these games and that’s like stealing. I am considering in reporting this website because no one checks them. They can do what ever they want without consequences.
I am sure that more people have the same problems and that this website, is losing trust lately, especially when old players know how it was and how it is today. Not to mention that since the new website appeared, the problems on this website started to come.
