I am posting on behalf of Duelbits. Duelbits ran an audit on your account and you're correct, there was an error in the system that didn't log your bet. Duelbits wants to apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused to you! You were ignored without any ill intention but Duelbits gets messages like yours on the daily, in a very very rare case there was an error like yourself, they do an audit on accounts to see if what is stated is correct. Again, they want to apologize and your account has been credited with $3,500.
Please keep in mind that if you reach out to live support and misrepresent your case it will cause nothing but difficulties in finding out what actually happened.
