I get 11,5Mh/s with sapphire dual x 280x (1080/1500)
        4,1Mh/s with asus 6850 (935/1000)

I get the same hashrate with 14,6 and 14,7 beta driver

No. Should get 14 Mh/s at least. Try the new grs-sgminer.
