I have read and reread and would it not be wiser for you to say right away that people from countries that are not on the list of allowed countries do not use your site? because from what I see it is highly risky for people from a country like mine who are not on the list of countries allowed to use your site because at any time they will have payment disabled. why do you have this rule? which country's law are you complying to just put that number of allowed countries? This is not what they said. If your country is not included in any of the two lists then you can access their website and use their services. However some feature might be disabled.
payment options: let's say cryptocurrencies are banned on your country, then you will not be able to deposit or play using cryptos.
