@satcrash.io, in reviewing the User Agreement on your website, I noticed that you have a few inconsistencies: 1.1. These User Agreement apply to the usage of games accessible through www. our site. You should update this to reflect your website. 2.8. In relation to deposits and Withdraws of funds into and from your Member Account, you shall only use Ethereum that are valid and lawfully belong to you;
2.9. You understand that the value of Ethereum can change dramatically depending on the market value;
2.11. You understand that Ethereum is not considered a legal currency or tender and as such on the Website they are treated as virtual funds with no intrinsic value. As far as I can tell, your platform only accepts Bitcoin deposits. 2.14. You accept and acknowledge that we reserve the right to detect and prevent the use of prohibited techniques, including but not limited to fraudulent transaction detection, automated registration and signup, gameplay and screen capture techniques. These steps may include, but are not limited to, examination of Players device properties, detection of geo-location and IP masking, transactions and blockchain analysis; You specifically stated that VPNs are allowed, so why do you have this in the User Agreement? 3. RESTRICTED TERRITORIES 3.1. Blacklisted Territories: China,Netherlands, Dutch Caribbean Islands, Curacao, France, United States and/or any other restricted by law country or state. Note that it is strictly forbidden to play on our site games in blacklisted countries mentioned above.your personal data for the purpose of executing their duties and providing you with the best possible assistance and service. You hereby consent to such disclosures. If you are an unlicensed casino and you do not have KYC requirements, then why do you have restricted territories? The User Agreement appears to have been copied from the BC.game website without first reviewing it carefully and adapting it to your own service. Please do not interpret my comment as malicious, but rather as a constructive criticism and an incentive to do better. This has been fixed, try clearing your cache and refreshing the page. As with other issues here, promotions certainly provide a good deal for us. There's nothing wrong if I register and wait for some bonuses to be credited, even then if the casino crash rules are updated. I was intrigued when I hit the CashOut button and it was too late. It really sucks to lose in an instant.

I have read your Privacy Policy and User Agreement pages. Everything is write in user friendly language and I guess it's very easy to understand for the most customers. Also, as you mention in your thread, you require no KYC and it wasn't even mentioned somewhere on your website.
But as far as I see, you haven't mentioned which license you hold. Do you have Curacao license? Or any other one? If yes, then mention it in your footer and if you don't have a license, then sorry but that looks very suspicious despite the fact that you don't ask for KYC documents. And even this last one looks suspicious, what if there is an illegal transaction done on your website and authorities ask you for the users KYC documents? Picture of passport, etc?
We are unlicensed for now. If we are successful we'll go through the steps to become licensed. If authorities ask we have nothing to give. Your offers are enormously attractive, No KYC, VPNs Allowed, etc... Almost zero casino offers customers these opportunities and since you don't have a license, that hesitates me to use your service. Don't get wrong with me, I don't say that you are scammer but how can I feel secure when I deposit money on your website? What if something happens and I get blocked or you are gone? Is the relationship between this casino and the customer dependent on trust factor? How much capital do you have on hot/cold wallet of this casino? And proofs? Idk, as far as I know it's illegal to operate casino without license. Btw wish you good luck and better development. I understand a lack of license doesn't exactly bring trust. However, that is the reason we can offer such an attractive service. You will never be blocked unless you try to exploit the website somehow, site will be closed if I leave. |

It's true that bonuses can be an attraction for users, so there's nothing wrong with the OP here giving promotions to members in this forum to provide registration bonuses. If so he gives a bonus of course we will be happy to try to register. Hopefully, the OP responds to our suggestions and we'll be visiting the crash game site he's promoting soon. Warm welcome to this forum. Little bit delay to say welcome them since I have already visited the site several times. Btw Just I have tried to registration for Checking purpose. Frist time it’s giving error and just keep loading..... Try again 2nd time. It’s show the same. Don't know if it’s my network problem. But I think the net speed I have it Enough for registration. Btw somehow I see a notification that successfully registered. Then turn into login page it’s showing successfully Loged in before inputting any date in the required field. Don't know what actually happens to me. But if any bugs from site end should be solved asap. Sites is available and loading fine, is your javascript disabled per chance? Hope it resolves itself! |

This seems to be an exciting where you do not require KYC and minimum deposit is low too. But only thing while withdrawing , it will take away 5k sats so the withdrawable amount has to be big enough so that 5k sats seems to be negligible else will add no value while withdrawing's.

Withdrawal fee as stated in the main post is different with the one under the withdrawal page. Here in this thread, Satcrash states that withdrawal fee is 5k satoshi while under the withdrawal page, it is 0.00000010btc (10 sats).  It does not matter which one is the correct withdrawal fee, but Satcrash needs to update it with the correct one. If the correct one is the one in the withdrawal page, so OP needs to be updated and vice versa. Fixed thanks! |

By the way, there's a typo on the "WITHDRAWAL" (spelled as WITHDRAWL) when clicking on the Wallet. Might want to fix that.

No minimum deposit to get the $10 deposit bonus but there is no information about wagering requirement, so I guess it is a wager free. Starting now: First 5 to deposit any amount (could be minimum) gets $10 extra to their balance I wonder how to claim this bonus if it is still available, is it automatic or we do need to claim it by contacting support? Join the website then write in chat "here to claim my $10" and you'll get it after a while. |

Hey, it's been 24 hours but your team hasn't fixed those things yet. BSC still shows in withdrawal address section. Skype logo still in the support page. Why it's taking too much time? What is the use of leaderboard page? Looks like the leaderboard page have some bug too. The first and second rank username is same there. Will take a look at leaderboard, Try emptying out your cache and reloading the page. Probably is caching issue! Leaderboard has been fixed! |

Is this for real? I haven’t created an account yet; was checking the site & what does it offer. 86x!! Someone had a 17x bet on this one and he won although the amount of total bet wasn’t a big one.  On a side note, does this only have this crash game? No more games? Any plan to add more games in the future? For only crash games, I guess no one would be that much interested to join. Million dollar question. Call me a pessimist but I'm pretty sure they would enforce it on high rollers or suspicious players at a later time. Just like Roo that originally promoted anonymous gambling during its humble beginning but eventually went all out on KYC. The NO KYC policy will remain until the foreseeable future. I have saved the password which has been provided by the system during registration. Despite the fact, I tried to reset my password to check if that really works. But I'm not receiving any message from satcrash.io team (checked the spam folder too but no message yet). And why it shows BSC (network) in the withdrawal page? You have used Skype logo in the support page, what is the reason behind it? Password reset mailer has been fixed and is fully operational. No welcome messages are being sent out at this stage but may be added in the future! |
