record yourself speaking about something! once I did that and noticed that my eyes would dart around and my tone would change depending if I knew what I was talking about or not. maybe in the beginning it made me more self-conscious that I did those things, but eventually I was more aware of things I wanted to change and eventually learn to speak a bit more assertively, also slower

mirrors work too except its a different perspective and you cant hear yourself like from a video

When I'm busy I wish I had free time
When I'm free I wonder what to do


however when I'm more decided I can just pick up some paint, take a walk, or game away!

Watching others succeed! Even if its not related to the thing I need motivation to do

And of course crossing things off of my to-do list

I feel like bitcoin has been hovering around me for the last few years and I kept avoiding it until just recently, I accepted the fact that it is now part of my life and I have to learn about it The beginning was intimidating, probably the volatility worried me a bit, but learning from others who have been involved since the get-go is pretty enlightening. It seemed like before all those years of people trying to explain it to me (to no avail) finally switched recently, when I just decided I'm gonna figure it out.

I supposed it hasn't changed my life (yet), but maybe it will soon heh
