Yes I have received an email coming from the recovery team saying that in 1 week, they will send let me activate the account using the email that I sent to them. Thanks for the reminder anyway. I almost forgot it completely .

I've already received a good news coming from the recovery team so I'm a few steps away from retrieving my account (hope nothing bad happens). I will make an update here if I got my account back already.

I already sent a new signed message to the recovery team and I already verified it using Electrum and its a success although I tried it using brainwallet like you did but it failed.

I don't know if I have done it correctly but I have managed to regain the access of my old Bitcoin address that I used to make a signed message 3 years ago. Now I've recreated a signed message.
The first address that I used is from an exchange account so I can't make a signed address to that but the second one is from Electrum.
Here is the signed message that I've created.


For security, I removed the email address that I want to reset my account with but the signature that I got is attached there. Please if there is something wrong with that I did or some information that I didn't share then kindly help me Thanks for the help.

Thanks for what you did to my account and it is the right thing to do. First of all, I will really not make a post regarding that Phoenix Miner thing since I'm not into it and I have little to no knowledge about that. I just created a signed message regarding my old address since I've already regained the access to my old address. If there is wrong please help me . Thanks in advance. This might be a useless thread for some but still I just want to inform that my account, LogitechMouse has been hacked and locked because of a post regarding Phoenix Miner that I myself didn't even intended to post and I will never post like that. I didn't make any plagiarism posts and I'm not one of an established one like the others but at the same time, I'm not a shitposters too like most of the users here.

Right now, I'm trying to get the old signed address in my old laptop that has been broken for years now and I'm currently trying to give it to a technician to give it since I can't even see the screen even though I use an external monitor and a cable. I know that it is only the way to get my account back (unless there is some more ways) that is why it will took days to get it.

Either way, this is just to inform other people regarding my situation and if there is something wrong with it then locking this will do. For those who don't have a signed address yet, make a signed address and make sure that you don't do what I did - not re-signing a new address.
