The owner of the web is The scammer Morgan Rockcoons but as many scammers he uses a different name therefore to be more invisible. On Facebook he uses the name Morgan Rockwell and there you will see that he created the web bitcoin.inc and that he is the director. He says that he helps people, protects bitcoins and that he invents technologies but all his projects are frauds and because of this he went to prison as you can see here. And people only knows the peak of the iceberg because all his victims are scattered.
