Prices are crazy right now. What are your prices, roughtly? I found some stuff here that wasn't too crazy: https://crypto-rigs.io/Got a couple with no issue - curious what you are selling these for?

I am disappointed in the customer service so far. I as well have not heard a word from Hashra since my order and my messages inquiring about my order status have been ignored and this will be day 3. When a costumer drops +$1200 they should at least be kept informed. So far it's just a silent treatment.
Welcome to the club. I think we all got spoiled on the cypto community which is, I think, pretty awesome... but I guess sort of easy to exploit. It's just so short sighted...

Up to FOUR days now with no contact.
You'd think with a defective miner in transit, and a jacka$$ on the hook willing to spend more money with them (mainly because of "store credits"), Hashra might have the courtesy to at least drop me an e-mail. I've tried their Web Site and direct e-mail with not even a courtesy "FU". So... pretty sure I've made my last transaction with Hashra. My advice to the uninitiated is to steer clear.
This "company" breaks their promises, delivers and then discontinues defective "equipment", doesn't have the courtesy to contact it's customers, only "refunds" losses with "store credits", and let's it's early adopters assume all the risk, and absorb the all the losses due to their incompetence or misdirection.
Disappointing.
So they have received your unit now? Did you chk via tracking? It might be more courteous to have replied to you but I'm sure they need to check out the unit before offering a solution. As I wrote, the unit is still in transit. I still find it unacceptable not to contact a customer who is inquiring about the status and next steps while the equipment is in transit. There is a tracking number. A simple e-mail with next steps and a time-line goes a long way.

I finally got my y Lunar Lander today and it isn't working. I tried with a laptop (downloaded the software), and with the RaspPi that is included (which I had to power with another cable because it wouldn't join the internet - thanks to the thread for heads up on that); and on both *AS SOON* as CGminer starts, the unit shuts down. I get this error in the log on the Pi:
Icarus Detect: Test failed at /dev/ttyUSB0: get 00000000, should: 00038d26
Not feeling great about this.
My PSU is rated platinum and at 1300W - pretty sure that's not the problem. I have each plug isolated, so I don't think that is the problem. Since the error is USB related, I tried swapping out the USB cable - no dice.
I am open to suggestions.
Has anyone heard ANYTHING from Hashra in the last few days? well - don't use their power cable to power the pi - myself and other have had problems. In addition the ethernet cable they supplied did not work. In addition make sure you're nit plugging in the additional 2 wire plug from the pcie cable. send a message to support@hashra.com - their tech guy is very responsive. Thanks - I did take the forum's advice and used a different power cable for the Pi, so thanks for that. I am using my own ethernet cable, and I can browse to the Controla interface. And no, I am not plugging in the +2 on the PCI-E connections. The thing powers up fine... makes lots of noise and even some heat... but then instantly shuts down once I ask to to do some mining... So working with Hashra support, it appears I have a defective unit. Now it gets interesting. While the support team was responsive and proactive, it will be interesting to see how this plays out. Hopefully Hashra views this as an opportunity to demonstrate excellent customer service. Stay tuned... After a few days, and just a few questions, support confirmed my unit defective. I have sent it back to Hashra, at a significant cost. Now let's see how they handle this process. I've already lost 20 days *at least* because of the shipping "mistake" and the defective miner. Really, really trying to stay positive on this one... would certainly be easier if Hashra met me half-way. Every ASIC thread is full of stories like this. I remember clicking pictures of KNC miners with the capacitors and other pieces just randomly falling out of the box. (sigh) yeah, it's hard to keep the faith. While Hashra has promised to recompense me somewhat with "store credits", I've yet to see any of them in my account, and as each day passes, LTC difficulty increases. My broken miner is in transit, I'm out thousands of dollars, and the Hashra team just isn't too concerned about making sure I'm happy. Put the credits in my account and I'd probably be naive enough to buy another miner! Perhaps they're saving me from myself. While this community is flush with optimists and helpful souls (I had so much fun setting up my GPU farm, and I learned everything I know on the fly), I fear the ASIC makers are preying on our good will and trusting impetus. I just want the damn thing to work, and I'll buy more. I am loosely planning to make a go of this as a small business. So if one of these jackass suppliers would get their sh*t together, they might find themselves with a decent amount more biz. I'm just super annoyed because in my business, I go out of the way to make sure my customers are happy. Then they come back and I make more money. I thought it was a pretty simple tenant. But perhaps graft and thievery are simpler. Put my recent comments in a bad place... I haven't heard anything from Hashra in over three days - has anyone? Up to FOUR days now with no contact. if it's making heat then it's mining....
what's in the syslog file?
can you tail it and post the results or the log file on the screen?
Here is a little more on the error (below). Physically, it seems that once I get this error, the unit shuts down. so the fans shut off, the PSU powers off, and I have to cycle everything to get it back up and running. Simon promised by month end as he's delivered.
for some perhaps. It's almost June 2nd here & I've heard nothing :/ Also no word on what they will do for not living up to the promised hash-rate, just a mail 2 weeks ago with some suggestions of what may happen. I'd like to here something concrete on what is happening for that pls. In the same mail they said they'd have fantastic discount for us early adopters in batch 2 but w/out receiving the first unit why would I ever double down & buy another one? Agreed. I have no tracking number an no communication since early on the 31st. I also find it, um, curious that the Web site which used to claim full refunds for late orders no longer says so. It is in this thread, however. If I were Hashra, I'd find a way to honor that pledge or do something equivalent (free miners?) - or I would suspect clientele will flee. It's a bit of an opportunity, honestly, if Simon and Hashra can actually deliver miners and on their pledge to make earlier adopters whole, they may find themselves with a loyal customer base, strong references, and an open door to the lead in the scrypt ASIC market. I did just get a tracking number today. And the box appears to be moving. So that is progress. I guess I find it somewhat encouraging to hear that everyone was delayed by the holiday. Seems like a rather obvious oversight for a company at least partially based in China - sort of like forgetting Christmas. It's a huge, 2-Day holiday. Came at a pretty interesting time with the May 31st shipping promise... no real ulterior motive. It was really down to the wire with Simon - I've been keeping in touch with him my email and he's been working day and night to bring this all together. Nothing he really could have done pulling this thing together from scratch in ..what's it been - about 6 to 7 weeks? Perhaps. I do find it curious that the Web site used to say full refunds if orders were not sent by the 31st (as this thread does), but now that language is gone from the Hashra site. I also find it curious that there was that egregious of an oversight on the holiday. Hey, I'll be happy to get my miner, and hopefully this was all an innocent mistake. But it does seem like a rather convenient mistake that bought Hashra three days - and why did the guarantee language disappear from the Web site? Just... curious. I would only surmise that it's because he got all Batch 1 orders processed by the end of May. But it you placed an order and feel you want a refund instead of the unit post it here and let Simon respond. Seems pretty simple to me. What type of Unit did you order in Batch 1? I ask because I know for a fact there are people on this forum masquerading as customers who really work for competitors and seek only to discredit competitors. which one are you? Like I wrote earlier - I'll be happy if I get my miner (Warp 2) after a few days delay from an innocent mistake. I'm an enthusiast. I'd like it to work and have a reliable, trusted source for ASIC miners as I will likely order more. Listen, we're all a bit nervous - lots of rumors, lots of stories of companies not delivering and not honoring guarantees. The tone and prior evidence I found on Hashra did seem to indicate they were trustworthy and I made an investment. I want that to be a fruitful investment. I do think it's to the benefit of the community for the facts to be laid bare. As I wrote earlier, there is a huge opportunity IMHO for a vendor who proves reliable. But there is also a huge risk of grift. I'll be honest about my experience on this thread - right now I'm hopeful with a tinge skepticism. Updates to follow.

Just... curious.
