2  Economy / Speculation / Re: Donate $100 the day bitcoin hits $100k. on: May 20, 2024, 05:40:40 PM
Everyone in this bitcoin world wants its price to spread to $100k and it will definitely spread to our desired price. Till the day it reaches 100k it is a good idea to save money and donate it to one, two or more poor people.  But if I divide this work into 100 days, I can help some people before the price of Bitcoin hits $100k.  We will try to collect money in 100 days and help a poor person with that money.  I think helping a needy person by saving money every 100 days instead of sitting for an indefinite period.
3  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Religion in our society on: May 17, 2024, 06:42:11 PM
Why religion can not reduce the crime rate in our society? Its highest is not to believe in religion wholeheartedly. In the present era, everyone observes religion to show people, everyone observes religious festivals of joy, but only a few people observe all the festivals of hardship. In all religions it is more or less said to benefit others, only not to take bribes, not to oppress people. But these things happen more in today's world. The word religion means peace, not oppression. All the directions that are needed to make human life full of peace are in the religious texts. Religion will not teach right and wrong by the hand of any man. You should read the religion and understand it yourself and walk on the right path.
Nowadays we all give priority to our own interests. No one notices that we are oppressing others by giving priority to our own interests. Actually it is not called religion or society. We don't bribe to increase our wealth, we extort to increase our money. We prioritize our own interests and try to earn extra money so that we can live comfortably. But are we actually at peace? Can illegal money keep us at peace?

Illegal money can never give peace.  Illegal things always bring unrest.  There are thousands of examples in society.  If you earn 1 dollar illegally, you have to lose 100 dollars.  This is why it is always said that religion is the root of happiness.
4  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What to do to get merit reward? on: May 17, 2024, 06:15:03 PM
Hello everyone, I have been here for a few weeks/months now but I'm yet to receive "merit" so I'm just worried, please can someone tell me what I will need to do or how long I will need to be here for before I get merit and other rewards?

If you say why you are not getting merit, then I would say your post is not being promoted by someone else.  If people can learn something from any of your posts, you will automatically get merit.  I want to say that you spend a little more time and climb the knowledge of this bitcoin world.  And try to superimpose it.

6  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Poverty change people on: May 14, 2024, 06:26:37 PM
Sages always say, it is not a shame to be born in a poor house, it is a shame to die poor.
The meaning of this line is that every human being has said it and some people in the world are dumbfounded for it to be true. If there are 100 rich people in the world today, 80 of them come from poor families. Because poor people know that no one can grow up without hard work. This hard work is the only key to success. But lazy people are different, their whole life will be spent thinking about hard work.

So wake up guys. And brighten your future
7  Economy / Speculation / Re: 100 Push-Ups A Day Until Bitcoin Is $100K Challenge on: May 14, 2024, 06:00:40 PM
It is normal for leg muscles to become stiff and painful after overexertion. My leg muscles have been stiff for a few days now. Later I try to find out why this is so.

Pain in the muscles occurs at any time:
1. Many people have leg cramps when they wake up or start walking in the morning.
2. During sleep, most people get tension in their legs.
3. Sometimes the toe suddenly bends while walking.

Why does the muscle ache:
1. Deficiency of calcium, magnesium, potassium in the body.
2. Excessive exercise, exertion or overuse of leg muscles.
3. Dehydration. (This tension increases when the amount of water in the body decreases.)
4. Very cold weather. (Water intake is less in winter, resulting in dehydration in the body)
5. Gestational mineral deficiency.
6. This can be caused by sitting for long periods of time, standing in a rigid position or wrong posture while sleeping.

What to do quickly if you suddenly get a leg vein:
1. Massage with finger pressure on and around the affected area to get rid of hand-foot-toe cramps. Massage should be done in such a way that the stiff muscles gradually become normal.
2. In case of leg cramps, apply light pressure and slow stretching. It is better not to do any other exercise at this time.
3. Use hot bags instead of stretching. After keeping it for 10 seconds, add ice to it. After 10 seconds again give hot bag. In this way, the pain will start to decrease by giving cold and hot compresses.
4. Try to walk away.
5. Do not do anything strenuous if you suddenly get leg cramps. It can put pressure on the tensioned area. So get enough rest.

Drink enough water throughout the day. You can also drink canned water or lemon water to maintain water balance in the body. This is mostly due to lack of water.

Suppose you bought a bitcoin today for $100, and in a few days it drops to $25, and you feel like you've been scammed. To most of the people in the world, Bitcoin seems to be exactly the same, because they often make big mistakes and blame the coin.

Sadly but true, Bitcoin is not for everyone, because just as Bitcoin can go up, it can also go down. So I would say Bitcoin is not a scam, it is a high-risk investmen

How strange the human body is! If you feel pain in any part of the body, you know that it is the most important part. Today I am a victim of such a story. Cramps in the legs. This leg Cramps is a moment that can bring tears to everyone's eyes. This morning, before I got up, my legs felt tight. Which made me cry in a few seconds. The muscles of the leg become very stiff, and the pain is so intense that for a few seconds it feels like cutting off the leg. I couldn't do today's push due to the Cramps in this leg vein. I am deeply sorry.

Next I tried to learn more about muscle pain and found some information, such as:

Pain in the muscles occurs at any time:
1. During sleep, most people get tension in their legs.
2. Many people have leg cramps when they wake up or start walking in the morning.

I have not been able to report the push up since I have been busy with work for the past three days. But I have always pushed up. Today is day 52 of my 100 push ups in a day challenge, and now I can do 75 push ups in a day. I am very happy today that I have completed one-third of this challenge of doing 100 push ups in one day. In a few days I will be able to do 100 push ups in a day.

I met my dietitian last 3 days, he was very happy to hear about my push up. And now I am physically very healthy. He advised me to raise the push up safely. And made a video recommendation. Told me that this video will help your push better. Video link for those interested: https://youtu.be/AM5AjrfhlEw?si=wZoJUcsribN2n4zB
