UPDATE

Original "Out Over Hot" error was due to out of date firmware.

The firmware listed on the official website is not valid (at this time), I was able to get non-faulty firmware directly from Canaan support.

All systems good for now BTC

It ran for about 10 minutes on normal mode.

Tried to upgrade the firmware a couple of times and just get "upgrade faild."
Using fms it says "software mismatch".



Any idea whats going on there?

I  recently bought a handful of Canaans, so I would like to preface by saying if anyone has any questions on how they perform in comparison to other ASICS I would be happy to help where I can.

One of my units (1166 pro 81 th/s) ran well for 1 week, and now is powering down after a minute or so. SYSTEMSTATUWork: Out Over Hot, Hash Board: 3

This is throwing me off because the room temperature is 16c. And the log is not showing that the miner is actually overheating. And obv. none of the other Canaans in the room are overheating.
