Bro the total idea its great.

but in order to bring desentralization you can try:
1-Build a PoS node (like acloud service)
2-This Node will work like the URL Provider and will host the entire blockchain sincronising via P2P
3-People can connect to this Nodes open the Url Miner/Wallet. and start mine.
4- Stake Validators will won a tax for the miner url like 0.9 ulr miner and 0.1 Stake Validator Node

This entire concept seems to be great. But the main problem its centralization and security.

Use case and listing will come alone if you solve the basics.
