There are many reasons why I am pretty bullish on this project right now.
I'll mention a few, so you can get a better idea:

• The team just got a partnership with NFT, Mark Cuban's company. This means that in the next few days it will be exposed to lots of NFT's fans and investors alike
• Team behind the project is awesome. I understand the first launch did not deliver as it should, but this was caused mainly because of the current market structure (at the time of writing). Indeed the whole NFT industry suffered at the end of October 2021. The team never gave up and they come up with many solutions to keep this project alive. One of these was delivering a partnership with one of the top NFT marketing companies in the industry right now, not to mention the new roadmap and many other incentives
• Buy a Floor will give you access to "the Condo Pool": you have the right to vote for every single matter that arises within the condo (new project, investments etc.).
  
• Steady rewards through the Investor's chest in the long run for all holders
• The possibility to get 2 (!!) free floors for each floor owned before the 12 of December 2021. I own a few floors right now, but other floors can be sniped from OpenSea at a very bargain price before the project take off forever!

Apart from the above, you can be part of an amazing community and many others reasons.
