So this is normal situation that I will lose every time when reload the page and this is not a big deal?! This is insane.
No, you do not. The only difference is the moment when spin is executed. If (after spin) you want to see what was the result, you may always see the spins history. I don't see anything in my history and nothing change in my account. When I open the spin and reload the page to change the clien seed(cause it's frozen and can't change it manual) - the link expired and I don't get anything. If you're talking about email wofs, then you should try to change the client seed before solving the captcha, because when you solve the captcha you actually execute the wof spin. If you're talking about premium wof (the one that has no captcha) you can not edit the client seed because opening the wof executes the wof spin. It doesn't really matter if you click the spin button or not, once it executes you'll get the reward. You can check your roll history, it doesn't show up immediately though. I talk about premium wof - the problem is that you can't change the client seed even with refresh, so the cliend seed is limited. And you can't change it not only manual, but by refresh the page too and that is too much in my view. Like I said it's insane. I understood why can't change manual the client seed(because has no captcha), but I don't understand why can't refresh the page. I don't see here the full potential of provably fair system. |

Why when I reload the page on wof premium lose my turn?
In which situation, with or without captcha? As it was told before, if you are authenticated and captcha is nor required, WOF spin is just an animation to show the result, the real "decision" has been already made and you may check it in MULTIPLY BTC/ROLL HISTORY table. That's why after page refresh you see information that WOF expired. If first you must pass captcha validation, then roll is executed when you press the button. So this is normal situation that I will lose every time when reload the page and this is not a big deal?! This is insane. |

And it's not permanent, so we have to wager&bet before exchanging rp to wof because it resets to 1 everyday.
I could get 8 wofs yesterday, and now it's 1 again.
That's implied by the fact that your total free winnings are increasing. You have to keep the ratio the same to keep it.

It is purely random luck. It's a common human trait for someone who does something different and then gets lucky to associate the two things even though it's irrational. Gamblers are notorious for it but that's nothing compared to professional sportspeople. I appreciate that you are not a programmer so it's not easy for you to verify what's going on by reading the source JavaScript that your browser is executing. The separation of the back end (our server generating a random server seed) and the front end (your device generating a random client seed) is essential to making the system provably fair. There are plenty of people who can read JavaScript out there and if there was anything funky going on in that code someone would have spotted it immediately resulting in the loss of our reputation. As a matter of fact, my life does not depend on whether you do your job. I just think that if you claim fair play, you have to keep it that way no matter one person or one million complain.
This is a very important part of my job. As well as monitoring the forum I also receive hundreds of emails and contact us form messages every day. Apportioning importance on the volume of queries about each issue is essential to improving the overall user experience. Clearly, time will tell. Thanks, though, for finally paying some attention to the problem. I will appreciate if you change in the future the option to fix client seed. The problem is that Client Seed is frozen, so the result is predictable. This is a big SCAM, that theQuin pretends not to exist. When you exhange RP for WOF on every hour - the result is same - pure SCAM. And this is from the beginning(more than six months and theQuin dodge the problem.

You seem to have dodged listening to the answer. The result isn't predictable because the JavaScript calls the RAND function of your operating system via your browser. You can verify that this is true by inspecting the source code. The problem is caused by the fact that the spin happens immediately and clicking spin just displays the result. We were able to fix the email version after your first complaint because the captcha causes a pause. The premium version doesn't have that pause. We need to get the external developer to completely rewrite it. As you are the only one of our 48 million registered users complaining it is a low priority. In the meantime, if you really don't trust your operating system to be truly random and are so desperate to use your own client seed you can test your programming skills. Bypass our JavaScript and write your own front end. They replaced it with the new feature as posted above by their representative. You can now exchange some of your RPs with WOF ticket. I tried, and you need 43RP to exchange 1 WoF. And you can increase the number of WoF by betting or multiply btc game. So maybe, this is the reason why they already remove the multiply RP bonus. I just know this feature after reading this, lol. thank you. I have above 23K RP just want exchange at all for WOF, but unfortunately, I just read attention: "You can exchange a maximum of 1 WOF tickets per day" . seems like greed for me, but it's okay, now we have 1 free WOF got from email and 1 more from RP. maybe when you are having some Amount of FUN held will get more WOF a day. I saw the latest feature of freebitcoin yesterday, yes I think I can immediately exchange all the RP owned into WoF but only 1 exchange per day with a value of 43 RP, but I think it would be a waste of RP owned if the results of WoF are just lottery tickets, and I won't to waste my RP so I will prefer to keep and collecting more to reach 100K and exchange to satoshi. The new exchange rp to wof ticket feature is quite thoughtful but it's too much of a gamble. Rp is the most valuable thing on freebitco and spending it to
1. Reduce free roll percentage
2. Have typically 1 out of 3 chance of converting the rpto SATs with the other chance either being a refund or nothing in the form of lottery.
3. The result from number 1 would inevitably lead to a reduction in the value of free btc bonus which is currently the most profitable use of rp.
All In the name of gambling for Max rewards which have an approx 0.1% chance of getting if not less than.
It'd be nice from a gambling perspective in more ways than one, otherwise it's not really a logical choice for spending valuable rps.
I think this exchange is very cool, but the fact that CLIENT SEED is frozen here is not cool at all. |

The TheQuin said that I am nothing, cause I a new here and for that don't answer me and the problem is not big and will be resolved(it will be put in task list from TheQuin words.) And after some sabotages from them, the problem still not resolve.

Although I can offer support via PM to people who have problems with their account and don't want to post their user ID here I can't offer your own personal ANN thread for general issues through PM or monitor the whole of Bitcointalk to see what other threads you have started. Edit: I have now had time to check my PMs and I'd just like to advise you that the only thing shouting at me in bold will achieve is getting added to my ignore list. We did resolve the problem on the email spins but it is more difficult to do on the premium page when there is no captcha. We used an external developer to code the WoF and it works slightly differently in that spin happens before you click spin so a major recoding is required.
One simple question about the interest as it seems unusually high 2.5% if you have at least 12.500 FUN for 30 days and if you have it for one year then it is 10%.I want to ask as I doubt if I put 1 Bitcoin in my Freebitco.in balance I will get 0.10 daily or monthly.That seems really high to me but most probably I have not understood it well because if it does I am going to add a huge chunk of my savings here.So how does interest work here in detail explanation is greatly appreciated.
Base interest is 4,08% annually for everyone. If your interest rate increases 2,5% through FUN holdings, annual interest will be raised to 4,18%. And if it increases 10%, annual interest will go to 4,48%. You need to add the bonus percentage to the base percentage to reach the correct result (4,08 + 2,5% or 4,08 + 10%). Correct answer. 10% would be unusually high. It actually says increased 10%. You don't say anything new. I already know that in your eyes you are untouchable and for you I am nothing. And after 6 months the problem is still here, just scam, no other bullshit story. |

Have you tried sending @TheQuin a private message? because if you are only relying in this thread , there are lot of spam happening and your post might have been covered by many posts so i think sending Him a private message will directly do your case, as i see the last update you made is last October and that is 4 months ago. and i believe that Freebitco.in solves every cases that brings in their attention . I see that I can buy bonus spin on WOF by my RP, so I bought 1 bonus spin on WOF for every free roll, but when I go to spin the wheel, I see that the client seed section is FROZEN and I can't change it.
Then I refresh the page to see if the client seed is change and the system not allowed me to spin the wheel and erase my bonus for this roll.
SO WTF?!
I followed your way to change the client seed you mentioned on the freebitco.in thread just a few minutes ago. I was able to change the client seed successfully so I think it must be a technical error for the time being. May be you can try again for a new spin tomorrow and it would work this time  Also, I think you would have missed a requirement for the no captcha for free roll. You had 0 satoshis as per the video whereas you have to hold the amount for the free roll. This applies to free spin from email or from bonus spin when you bought it from yours RP? Also I told that I bought the tickets to unlock the captcha again, because I was unlock it before.(This is like you was verified before and years ago they want your id again and tell you are not verified.) |

I finally hit 3200 lottery tickets today from the WoF bonus spins I usually buy daily until I will empty all my RP for those.It looks like glitch which couldn't change the seed before rolling has been fixed and prizes are back to normal with possibilities to hit the so big ones also beside the standart 32 prizes.
Wow that's great that you won the 3200 lottery tickets. I have won it quite a few times too but those lottery tickets never brought me any luck. I wish you score something out of those lottery tickets. Also, I never knew we can change the seed for the WoF spins too. Can someone tell me where can I change the seed for the WoF spins ? Before solve the captcha, you must click on Provably Fair letters (down on the page). I win a few times maximum rp and tickets for the spin and 2-3 times - max satoshi , but every time I change the seed. Otherwise I won only minimal rp, tickets or satoshi - mostly min. RP. |

I checked many times and the result is same - when you refresh the page you lose your bonus roll.
There might be a bug or some problem with the site, the best solution here is to contact the support especially if you did nothing against the rules and did not abuse the bonus system. Just go on their main thread and raise your concern there, they are really helpful so you'll get your answer right away. If you can't still see the the bonus on your account, something is really wrong. Like I said before - I emailed to support , then pm to TheQuin and checked many times - the result is the same and the answer is missing second day. When you open a thread it's always a good practice to come back to say how the issue had been solved at the end. It helps people encountering similar problems or asking the same questions as you to know what they can do or to get the answer to their questions. I humbly apologise for not noticing your VIP newbie status with 7 posts all about the same thing. I should have dropped all other work to make an effort to reply to someone so important immediately. Making the client seed editable is already on the to-do list. The problem still not resolved, so I can't say that the the issue had been solved. TheQuin said that she did not see my status like I only wrote a status, but the truth is that before that I wrote a personal message to the team, then to her, after a long time I started a topic and only then I started writing posts in the main topic. The only thing that has happened so far is that the TheQuin tried to argue with me that I was nobody and the problem is insignificant. As I said in my previous post, solving the captcha in email wof means you do claim it, you can only change the client seed BEFORE solving the captcha, but premium wofs have no captcha , so when you open the wof , you claim it, and when you claim it you can't change the client seed. Clicking the spin button just plays an animation and shows the result. They can add an option to change the client seed before opening the wof page, however it will not guarantee you get better prizes , because the chances of getting better prizes are slim. The fact is that in that way the provably fair system is not work. That is what is important for me, because otherwise it will get predicted result. |
