I don't understand why you don't withdraw our money to me and to alot of people ? Is that scam or what ? Iam waiting 4 days for just withdraw even its small money!
According to their FAQ, the Bethub's Anti-Trade System could be one of the following reasons of your funds being held hostage. Can I withdraw skins right after depositing?If you never played on our site before then you wont be able to withdraw without playing on our site due to the Anti-Trade System. You can read more about it in the next point. Link to source If not, I think it ’s best to request for support and submit to their requirements before drawing any conclusions. Thats unfortunate,you should open a ticket and mentioned there what was the issue,we never had any issues with our withdrawls before except from people abusing our TOS. If you opened a ticket you should wait for a response there,because late withdraw means your account is flagged for security purposes. |

I was just wondering with regards to your Steam deposit method, what exactly can you deposit? CS:GO and Dota skins?
There's a fiat wallet inside the steam wallet. I believe that's the mode of payment he is accepting. Skins and other steam item has a separate marketplace or casino to use it as bets especially for the e-sports game. I'm still not exploring the casino but it will be good they will accept steam items as bet and use the average market value of it. How this things work with steam account? You will login your steam account credential on there website so that they will have access to the balance or they only allow money transfer from steam wallet to the website account. I'm not comfortable connecting my steam account to any site since it holds my funds for buying in-game items and games as well. I hope they have tutorial on how steam wallet works. I created an account on your casino and, surprisingly, received three verification emails (the same one).
I took a look at the provably fair page and it doesn't seem to be helpful for someone who doesn't know how to read codes. You need to explain more how it works and make it easy to understand. It looks like it uses a hash and secret values to determine the outcome of games but can't find from where to get them! Please provide more clarifications so we can verify it's really fair.

I guess that you're too vital with those one-time customers hitting that threshold and you'll surely put a KYC verification for them before they successfully withdraw the money. But for those regular customers of yours that have high threshold and wagers, you're not going to implement it. After I registered and explored the contents of this casino, it's true that this display is the same as the Duelbits display that we use. Whether it's said to be plagiarism or not, I won't say further. But I found this, is connecting to social media a way to get some rewards? Even if you reduce it from 5% to 3.5%, it is still not attractive if you want to compete with the other existing casinos.
