They do not have to trust any funds to me . I will set the account place the wagers and they will have total control over the account . I will just set it up see the wagers placed and charge for that service I do not expect them to give me the funds. They can place it on the app themselves and withdraw the funds themselves.i just want to make the small money per wager. And I hopel they bet and make a fortune using my account with my address.

Well like I said I would cash the coins out and send them to whatever escrow service the lender chose for me to send them to it they could just control the account. I don't know if there is failure to read that part of the post it what . But since I am obviously being bullied  into locking the thread I guess I will. I am the OP . I just want to place wagers for other people on legal gambling sites where there is no shadiness just because you live in a state where it is illegal.i just want to charge 3$ for each wager I make legally for someone who can not do it legally themselves.

    I am new here and was told 15% colatterall is not enough and I would need 40$ in colatterall to borrow 40$. I'm not sure how that makes any sense because if I had 40$ to provide in coin as colatterall I would t need to borrow the 40$ obviously . So could someone please explain to me in what scenario I would have 100% colatterall to match the loan amount and why I would do that . Maybe in a much bigger loan where I wanted to hold my acoin anticipating a jump in btc value , but not in a situation of 40$ dollars .

New Jersey has legitimate legal gambling , so a bookie is obsolete there. I believe he wants to use New Jersey for the purpose of betting through reputable apps from big companies like Caesars etc.... And I was just pointing out Indiana is the same .

I think maybe you misunderstood. I live in Indiana where sports betting is totally legal and vets can be placed at top sports looks like Caesars , Draft kings Sports book, etc... Big legimate companies , betting is totally legal. I don't want to bet myself.
