And that software,  the same version but called FMS_V2.3.3_Windows.exe does not have the Aging button.

I am having the same issue.

Can you please explain what you did in FMS to fix it. I cannot see any 'Aging' option ( "press Aging button on the software to reset voltage and frequency parameters of the machine" )

I have checked it is in 'High Performance' mode.
