Are you considering restoring a no deposit bonus? I know there were problems with this at the beginning, but maybe can be found some solution?
This is always attractive to be able to explore casino/bookmaker first, before making first deposit.

First of all welcome to the forum. The website is very attractive for new and existing users. It's good to have an easy chat support option so the users can reach out to the support on the easy steps. Signup seems to be easy but please confirm the step of currency selection, as I am confused that upon selecting any particular currency, will the users be able to play against the other currency? At the moment, we do only offer Bitcoin for deposits and withdrawals. We are aiming for other coins in the future as well. |

You are wrong about this. There is a Costa Rica company license, and this license is enough to run an online gambling business.
I understand registering as a company offering online gaming services in Costa Rica is easy as ABC, but your website states that you're regulated. In what way are you regulated? This is what I think is obvious. If a company is legally registered, it is regulated simply by Costa Rica law. If it is really enough to register a company and be able to provide gambling services, it is definitely a great help. I see no reason not to take advantage of such facilitation. We have chosen for the Costa Rica License, to make it possible for players to play without undergoing the KYC procedure. So gambling will be complete anonymous. |

As far as I'm aware there is no such thing as an actual license. The Costa Rican government can give you permission to provide sports betting services from Costa Rica but there is no 'license' ever issued.

By the way, would you mind to share how much is your pending withdrawal? Is it something really big or not that big? I cant understand why they take so long time to verify all your bets. I know you made hundreds bets (as what they claim), but I do not think all those bets need to be verified. It is reasonable to verify some but it seems they are verifying all (in case they are doing it).
I deposited $800 and managed to turn it into around $5000. I ran hot on my big bets. I am not surprised they want to stop me withdrawing as it's a big hit to a new book, and from what some one mentioned to me, this book probably does not even have that much money to send to me. So in a way I had some sympathy at the time, but I have none now as they communicated with me on one occasion and have completely ceased since. There was nothing fishy about my bets fwiw. I can post all of them on here. This user cheated on our site. We can not enclose any technical details, since other people would be able to cheat as well on this. I think everybody already suspected this, since the user made sure he turned 800$ into 5500$. We faced damage from this cheating behaviour from customers, to the amount from user Brassnuts has been confiscated. Please check section 3.1 E in our Terms: Suspend and/or cancel the participation of the Account Holder in the Services, and/or forfeit and/or confiscate funds available on their 4444sport Account if the Account Holder is found cheating, or if it is determined by 4444sport that the Account Holder has employed or made use of a system (including machines, robots, computers, software or any other automated system) designed to defeat or capable of defeating the Client Application and/or Software. |

We did not refuse any winnings. We only wrote that a user placed 300 bets, and that we had to verify these bets.
That's great to hear. I hope the situation will be resolved soon. I believe it's always best to communicate openly with the community and respond to all inquiries and comments. This is a forum after all. We have already told this to the specified user multiple times, but seems that he has no patience. |

How do you define inappropriate comments? When I look at the post archives, I see that some legitimate questions were asked here, such as from the players to whom you refused to pay their winnings. As Bitinity said, you have to change your behavior on this forum if you don't want a negative trust rating that can't be censored. Is that what you want? We did not refuse any winnings. We only wrote that a user placed 300 bets, and that we had to verify these bets. Please see the terms: 7.5 All withdrawals will be processed within 72 hours, unless further review is required. This decision will be based on the gaming activity and the placed bets. |
