Buff.bet/buff88 has been ignoring me/ has banned me to access my account after rejecting my withdrawal of 0.42 ETH.
Right after my withdrawal was rejected, I was asked to re-do my kyc for some reason (my account was already verified before with- my passport, utility bill, photo of me holding my passport over my buff account detail page- everything was provided before)
But I happily sent them all my documents again along with a new photo of mine as requested without any hesitation. Because I have nothing to hide. I have all my kyc documents with me which I have already shared fair & square.
Since then I haven't received a reply from the support team.
It's been 18 days since I have requested my withdrawal.
My withdrawal was rejected initially, as i was asked to re-send my documents with a new photo of mine holding my documents. And it's been 17 days since I have sent my documents for re-verification.
To my surprise, when I reached out to buff.bet support team over live chat on their website for an update, I found out I am restricted/banned to access their live chat feature on my computer. (Probably ip chat ban)
I then tried using my mobile phone to access the live chat, and to my surprise, I could access the live chat on my phone.
But right after I asked for an update. I was banned to access the live chat feature on my mobile phone too. With no reason provided.
Right now, the situation is,
1. I am not receiving any response from the buff support team regarding my kyc/withdrawal status.
2. I am restricted to access the live chat feature (no idea why)
3. Buff.bet claim I have "Betting Pattern Connection With Other Accounts" without any proof.
4. Upon login, i am getting an error which says "Account status: Fraud. Please contact Customer Service for help."
I mean, first, I was told, my withdrawal will be processed as soon as my re-verification is done. but days after sending my documents, all i receive is an accusation of "Betting Pattern Connection With Other Accounts"
I know it's been a while since I've been ignored, But I feel scammed, just thought of sharing my case here. Please beware.

Can you please be a little more transparent on what "fraudulent activity" you are talking about?
Because all I have done is a deposit, make bets on esports matches, mostly (cs:go/valorant), and when I try to withdraw, I've been asked for KYC twice.
My first two withdrawals went fine & on my third withdrawal, you ask me to get my KYC done again for unblocking my withdrawal, once I send my documents again as requested.. buff.bet then decides to tag/mark my account as a fraud?
I need some clarity on this as I have not violated any rules/terms of your website.
and regarding the information provided, all I have received in my email is an accusation of "Betting Pattern Connection With Other Accounts". Which is an absolutely false accusation.
I request you provide some clarity and share the evidence which you claim to have which has led to the closure/termination of my account.
