same, dont let this thread die, people should be aware their money is going in a black hole when they use yobit.

I don't think people should flip out over their balance not updating immediately sometimes technical issues happen its understandable but two weeks is kind of ridiculous, they need some sort of wallet export function so I can it handle myself and get my money back, I have a decent chunk of change in xvg on yobit and I want it back now.

I keep messaging support and still no help its probably been two weeks for myself as well. Can these guys just give me my private key i dont understand why its taking so long.

If they have the private key the coins should be recoverable, just because the balance says nothing doesnt mean the coins aren't there it could mean they just dont know there are coins in that wallet because their code is broken.

what I've heard is that an update to verge coin has broken their system for observing verge coin transactions. so if they have the private key and you know the coins to be on that key then you should be okay once they fix their wallet system for verge coin.
