In the real world trading in real estate properties is expensive & maybe complicated to invest for so many people. For trading properties, you're paying 2% to 3% to the brokers. What my is that metaverse will be only consist buying & selling of land , like the real world do, its both asset and platform, In the metaverse the building , the plot would be real and exchangeable.
I need more guidance on this build really.

The project is called Home On Way which would be a metaverse based on blockchain. Metaverse is a virtual world that represents real-world experience. In-Home On Way (metaverse) people can interact with each other, travel around the metaverse, and trade with the assets they buy in the metaverse. Home On the way is more likely to focus on real estate trading for people who can’t afford properties and land in the real world. People can purchase digital properties with ‘HOW’ cryptocurrency. Like cryptocurrency, digital properties also can exchange with Fiat currency. The concept is to bring real estate trading to the Virtual world in our metaverse called Home On Way.  

The blockchain will be integrated with two consensus methods POW+POS, metaverse will be developed in blockchain and have its own cryptocurrency, currently we have made BSC based token of 'HOW' for funding the project.

Need more team to grow this idea, at starting we are not earning anything but as the project grows i promise this would be a billion dollar project.
