Hello, I posted this message 2 times on TrustPilot, but 1xbit don't care about customers, steal money and stopped replying. I am trying here, hope I will solve the problem.
I was afraid to start using 1xbit because of lots of negative comments, but I took a risk. Listen to my story, it's not different as previous ones, it's the same.
I deposited 0.5 ethereum, did a few bets and tried to withdraw 1.4 eth. After about 15 minutes, I was logged out from account and couldn't log into again. I asked customer service what's going on, they told me to write to the security department via email.
I received an aswear that they stop collaboration and don't let me withdraw my DEPOSIT!
I just received an information about to stop collaboration with me and not to allow to withdraw my deposited funds (0.5 ETHEREUM).

Don't understand what's the reason of no longer collaboration, but I've never seen that bookmaker steal user's deposit. I hope customer service here will solve the problem and you give me back deposit at least.

@manager1xbit, hope you gonna solve the problem and will let me withdraw my deposited money. You don't reply to my messages, you're pure scammers and all of negative opinions are true.
