Sometimes withdrawal requires manual checking, for whatever reason. Probably that's why it wasn't processed instantly and you haven't received the confirmation email yet. I'm sure it will be resolved in under 24 hours.

If its pending, wait until it says processed and probably thats when you get the confirmation.   I do doubt its stuck especially just not as instant as you had hoped.   I havent done a withdrawal recently just deposits, but I go by the hour for any email to arrive and normally its a bit faster.    Give it a little more time before worrying, at least an hour or so I'd say because BTC basically takes that long to process a transaction fully and confirm it.
