the second fan is ac-power from wall, it about 100w.

Here is my experience with overclocking:

in asic-freq i use this:
        option 'freq_value'    '6002'  #406M
        option 'chip_freq'     '406.25'
        option 'timeout'       '35'

added second fan from russian military device, it sounds loud but gives high air flow.
