Sorry, but I can't control how they run their forum. 
I have pasted that cause I started my service from there, I have already joined a few more markets and will include them also once I have good feedback there.

Yes, most exchanges can/probably do this. But my partner exchange and I talked over this before launching the service. There may be a case when we receive a notice from the government agency to cancel the trade or require KYC but still, if you deny completing the verification, an automatic refund will be issued to the address from which payment was received or to the refund address if provided.

I have not set a minimum amount for this case. I am sure that no one wants to send their crypto to a new member, but I am not asking you to blindly trust and send everything, I am open to small trades to start my trading journey here and get feedback along the way.

I am open to escrow, the amount can be discussed. I won't be covering the escrow fees.

This fee is for making it worth my time to complete the exchange manually. If you want lower, go with the site. My exchange doesn't ask KYC like other big exchanges.

I would suggest you trade with me over my automatic service only in the case you want to deal with a human over a machine. I know other forums' feedback doesn't mean much but hey still better than nothing to show for. At least this shows that I know what I am offering and am not a total newbie to currency exchange.
