Neah, it's not about funds, they had enough funds since there was no proper marketing for this project at all.
You can develop XC as it is right now without much funds, so I call this BS even if I was a strong hand in XC and a strong believer, but I needed to be real. My loss became real as soon as I decided to bail out, but so my time lose was real, having such amount of money blocked within a project which haven't moved for ~4 months.
Lets be real, this is TINY development to be achieved in 4 months period.

I was in only because of Dan, he IS very legit compared to other coins out there, and there are very few coins which can be trusted with med-term investment out there.
4-5 months is long-term already in crypto, and XC achieved nothing. I could not risk another 3-4 months to move 2-3x in marketcap, and I clearly see how flawed projects like BlockNet or SuperNet are. It's like Microsoft, Google, Apple, Etc merging their techs under one umbrella. That's crazy, we are not living in such world and human nature cannot support such approaches. This kind of approach will only bring failure at one point.

I agree with you that development has significantly slowed down but disagree with this "project which haven't moved for ~4 months" drum you keep banging. This is a gross exaggeration. Just a quick look at the roadmap shows this. Innovations like the x-mixer and trustless multipath meshnet - both huge developments - were released in September.

I do agree, however, that the last 2 months have shown little progression. This period has obviously coincided with the Blocknet announcement even though assurances were given that XC development would continue unabated. The tug-of-war between XC and Blocknet has already started. I really hope the next couple of weeks pick up dramatically and the team start to show more presence here with significant updates. We need an updated roadmap with dates to show their commitment to XC in the short term or the price will continue to drop. At the moment there is nothing to look forward to and we're just getting announcements about possible announcements. This is like night and day to how things were being presented in the first few months. I'm confident things will pick up but hope it's sooner rather than later before the XC price drops even further.

I think until the project is open sourced, and the tech is audited, the claim of nothing being done is on point.

It does not take 4 months to incorporate a business, it does take weeks to cover your tracks and spend the pre-mine shadily though.

Look, I hold alot of XC, but I am tired of watching whole bitcoins in value be lost, to what is obviously a group people, manipulating the markets. Dan or not.

I am sick of waking up, and literally having lost hundreds in value, every single day since September. Then he announces Blocknet, and collectively fucks us up our ass.

This shit is sickeningly deceptive, and is going to be bad for crypto all around if nothing comes out of it. Ultimate transfer of wealth for sure, from those with it, who worked for it, to those who manipulate it, with promises of cutting-edge tech that NEVER IS DELIVERED.

Deliver the tech gentlemen.

1. Open Source the ANON tech

2. Prove you have anything worth two wet-shit's in a dirty diaper

3. Simple

Is anyone else's wallet not synced and stuck on a block?  Mine is on 15817.  Also connections have dropped from 35+ down to 8.

Edit: OK it's sloooooowly moving and trying to sync.  3 blocks in the last 5 minutes.

My coins are ALL stuck in stake in my wallet, and it says (out of sync). Leads me to believe we need a new wallet maybe? The staking and such wasn't supposed to be able to happen yet I don't think.

Answer my concerns, or delete my comment like a child again.

Is XC going to be a registered security with the SEC, or is the ITO going to be another in a long line of illegal security offerings in the eyes of the US government, I need to know so I can offload my significant stake.

You do not want to delete or ignore my comment again.
you are acting like one now

Really? Because they made a secondary unregistered security?

When they did not even follow through on finishing the first, no they just took the pre-mine from that 1st entity, and bought into the second under your nose, and scammed hundreds of thousands of dollars in btc at this point.

The fact of the matter is this, he wants this "air" of transparency and legitimacy, then "oh we didn't know you wanted detailed expenditure reports"......Bull fucking shit.....

You want to be a PUBLIC entity with shares invested, and you think you dont need to do that UNLESS ASKED!!! What planet are you from?

They essentially triple dipped and made a killing off of YOUR back too, and you are defending it.

If we feel like it, I can go make a complaint right now with the SEC, answer my concerns, its simple.

Do you know anything about Law?

It's not an unregistered security. Read what makes up an unregistered security please. Ethereum, Blocknet, Supernet, Bitshares, etc, are not unregistered securuties(they are decentralized, don't expect to make a profit since they are decentralized, are not shares/stakes of a company, and etc).

You sound like a uneducated idiot.

LOL, the fact you think you are correct in that train of thought is astounding.

The SEC will be all over Dan's ass shortly I have a feeling, anyone offering or issuing a SECURITY IE: Token, is required by law to register said TOKEN with the SEC, if you think XC and Ethereum and Counterparty are immune from that, well....you are completely retarded, decentralized means jackshit in the USA.

6  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Re: [ESHOP launched] Trezor: Bitcoin hardware wallet on: August 26, 2014, 10:02:48 PM
Just testing my new Trezor to better understand it.  I sent myself 50 mBTC.  Then I sent 15 mBTC to another address in my Armory account.  On the blockchain, I can see that the 15 mBTC went to the right address, and it looks like the change went to a different address.  On my Trezor, the account shows the right amount (35 mBTC), but I can't find that change address anywhere.  Where is it?  How do I keep track of exactly which addresses have what amounts of BTC?  Or am I not supposed to?

Also, is there a tutorial anywhere on how to interpret the BIP32 Path: m/44'/0'/0'/0/1 data?

Thanks

I don't really ever keep track of any loose change addresses...just the addresses that hold the main amount of BTC.  I think that is one of the whole points of the trezor though, so you don't have to keep track of any addresses, they are all just sitting there conveniently on the web browser when you go to mytrezor.com

This guy get's it!

ON a happier note I received my second white trezor today, pleased to report the screen lamination issue is not present here, the screen seems brighter as well, I really think I just got one out of a bad batch on my first order, its completely night and day quality wise.

Second note, how a wallet handles change addresses, is built into the wallet architecture, it doesn't show them to you, as it's akin to having a change tray that counts when you throw a penny into it.....who cares, its there right?!?! That is all that matters.

Do a watch only wallet, on a single address, and resend bulks of funds to said address, anonymity lost my bum, where are Roger Ver's bitcoin? Anyone......Anyone.....Bueller?

Lastly, I do want a black trezor, like....yesterday. The white picks up every little smudge and smidge.

Any word on that Black Trezor, I have btc burning digits in my...uh....Trezor.

So in that photo a ways back..the classics you showed were black, is there any chance of getting those instead of white?

I would order two more just because.
9  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Re: [ESHOP launched] Trezor: Bitcoin hardware wallet on: August 15, 2014, 10:53:42 AM
there's a little bit of what looks like delaminating on the bottom of the screen on my trezor. it looks like a little bubble under the screen. is this because there is a protective sticker that i can just peel off or is it something else?

I have two, trezor classics with this issue, also one has a nick on the bubble. I just ordered a third, I am wondering if it's just a bad batch or what, but it's super disappointing.

The protective layer of plastic over the whole front was removed, it's almost like their is a screen protector on the screen, under the frame.

Teka or Synechist!

If someone can get an XC paper wallet generator up, the guys over at https://bitkee.com/ have said they would definitely add it to the site.

I love these guy's cold storage cards, they are the best ones I have ever come across, and just so happens they are a business owned by brothers like my brother and I operate.

Is there anyone who would be kind enough to explain.

1. Dymanic trust
2. Multipath

Thanks you  Smiley

Dynamic trust learns, Multi-path is pretty self explanatory, coins take MULTIPLE path's to reach destination, they are split and broken off into smaller and smaller pieces and sent over tons of addresses.
