If you buy ETH on the ARB network, the value will be the same as the original ETH, but the only difference is if you use the ERC20 network, the fees are expensive. I don't think it's wrong for you to say that historically this has been the case but not all Chinese items will be controlled. Unless the inventor of BTC is also Chinese, it will be easy for China to master the technology and all the important items in BTC. If it is possible to dominate the largest number of holdings, it is possible but controlling is certainly not. |

I think we have knowledgeable individuals in this forum and since I joined this forum I have never seen anyone ask questions in this forum without getting answers so the best research a user here can do about bitcoin is here on the forum because there is no knowledge that you need that you won't be able to get here. Everything is complete in the forum just develop time to read and learn you will get the right knowledge about Bitcoin and there are even threads that focuses more on Bitcoin discussions you can go through those threads and you will get the right knowledge you wish to know.
OP's idea is also good..  Where it will be seen how we act and react to BTC, is there anyone who wants to reverse the facts by pretending to say that BTC is bad for us to invest in and has no value for some of us in this forum. Just a social experiment, I think. |

Well, if you really wanna do it, I advise to just look for someone who can get you the money and make that bitcoin you have as a collateral or go look for a bank that could offer you loans without involving your bitcoin, because you're just gonna pay it anyway in fiat, right?
The answer choice is wise because selling BTC is the same as selling the most valuable asset for a while. If you want to try a little more, there will definitely be someone willing to help where the potential for payment is there. As for collateral, of course it is very strong because it can be withdrawn at any time and anywhere, only if the borrower believes in it. My parents never really knew what crypto was and what BTC was because they only knew about one investment, namely gold and it was natural that they were already old.

I have around 2.1k in btc rn and was wondering if I should sell it and invest in a couple of altcoin projects, would that be a good idea? I know Bitcoin will never ever do another 5x in the near future haha so that's kind of why I would wanna sell. The market cap of btc would have to reach a very high amount for it to be life-changing money to me.
Is the goal a short-term investment. If so, do it, but if you want to hold it long-term, keep holding it and don't switch it to something else. Even if you want to switch to altcoins, buy a price whose chart has not risen for a long time and look at the chart time line for 3 months or at least 1 month.
