Did you try to contact them via Telegram support? Live to talk would be more useful than support tickets for instant solutions.
i did a live chat with the support team, there's no way to open a ticket request for binance.com, however i had a bad experience with the support team, i didn't even know if i was talking to a bot or a human, they spam me with "dear user, bear with us" and everytime i ask for an update they said "we are working on it, and we will keep you updated." the problem is solved 4 days after, and the case is still open and there's no update from the support yet, no email, no chat. it was really terrible for me. This is unexpected behavior from Binance. However, I don't they are gonna scam you, something went wrong IMO. Only the Binance support team can help you. Be careful from scammers if someone PM you for help. Just ignore scammers and wait for the Binance support response.
yes, i did some research to see what others experienced with binance, and i found someone who had a similar case with me, and his fund stuck for months, with no response from their support. thank you for reminding, i meet alot of scammers, trying to pretend they will help or they know someone working in binance. that sad for people who are waiting for the right time to play with others feeling and future. No one should share their sensitive information with anyone.Sounds great you have got your payment. I guess your payment was suspicious for some reason which they have investigated and found nothing; it's very rare I would say though. Binance is now getting more hard on KYC/AML policy.

im using always the same adresse for deposit/withdraw, and im sure the network is correct, and i did a test with a small amount just before i tried to withdraw all my funds, and it's still stuck in "processing" right now
That sucks. Did you try to reach them through telegram as I said? I was having an issue with their KYC verification but later on, when I contacted through their telegram Binance angel & my problem was almost solved ASAP. I guess you should try the same approach if you have an account with telegram. If everything is okay, I really don't see a reason why would your transaction be stuck. my KYC is verifed already, the issue is solved now after 4 days of stucking transaction |

I am waiting for an update on this. It's kind of new to me because ever since I started using Binance I never had a problem with withdrawals.
Most cases will just be late but it never went above 24 hours. I mean, we are paying them quite expensive with the transaction fees that are supposed to be cheap so the service should be better.
Kindly update us more and if you did what mk4 suggested to post on Twitter then share the link so we could retweet it and possibly alarm the right person or group that could help.
my withdrawal stucks for about 4 days, the problem now is solved and i got all my funds back to my wallet. few hours after i text CZ, but i didn't get any responce from him too, so im still wondering if he solved my case or the system did it his self, the live chat support really didn't help! they said they will keep me updated... the problem is solved now and the case still opened and no update from them yet. i create a withdrawal transaction and approve it from email, token is FTM and network is FTM, tested with a small amount and it completed succussfully. Next i tired to withdrawal all my funds to the same address but it stuck in "processing 0/1 Confirmation", the transadtion id generated only in binance but it's still not broadcasting on the blockchain, i can still see my funds on the dashboard, but i can do nothing with them neither trade or cancel the transaction or get my funds on my wallet
How long had it been stuck now? Yes, your withdrawal should be no problem since your first attempt was successful. Not fully blaming Binance as there might be an unexpected happen right at the time you initiate your withdrawal. Unfortunately, only them can help you. If your previous ticket is closed, try to create another one but don't bump it without their response first as it might change your priority number. 4 days of "processing 0/1 confirmation" and today the transaction get rejected and i tried again to withdrawal my funds to the same wallet and same network. now everything is fine, got my tokens back As far as I know and based on my experiences withdrawing some assets in Binance "it is not possible"
But if it is stuck and transaction didn't go trough and are stuck in withdrawal, then you can raise a ticket
inside the app. A customer support can easily fix that for you.
BTW if it happens that you don't mind answering what Crypto asset is that,
then it will be really good for the community
to know in advance that the current withdrawal of that specific asset has an issue and will refrain on doing so.

A first successful withdrawal does not mean all withdrawals later will be approved. If Binance detect something suspicious with your account, they will require to do more verifications. Because Binance is a CEX so my advice is to fully finish KYC, then you can use it without fear of losing your money there because of failed KYC when they ask you. This advice is for you if you want to use CEX and store your crypto on CEX. It is not good advice because in general not your keys not your coins.
Withdrawal on Binance is approve very fastly. They did not allow to make withdrawal within first 1 minute after you log in your account to avoid account compromise I guess. true, but i did that to just make sure i can recieve on my wallet, binance required KYC for all thier users. i create a withdrawal transaction and approve it from email, token is FTM and network is FTM, tested with a small amount and it completed succussfully. If the transaction was sent out by binance and pending network confirmation, it cannot be canceled. If the withdrawal wasn't sent out and is still pending for withdrawal confirmation, then only binance support can help you with this. The pending withdrawal shouldn't be stuck for more than 10 minutes, and if you are verified it should be instant (as far as i know binance.com has mandatory verification). I guess something is wrong with the funds that you have received and they are probably manually reviewing it. So go contact support (even though its very shitty) since you have no other option. yes that true but in my case, the transaction id generated only in binance and not broadcasting on the blockchain, so when i try to open the transaction id on blockchain i get a blank page that say the transaction id dosn't exist! it was a problem on thier side and not on the blockchain I believe that every pending transaction once it's already broadcasted and done on the blockchain, cannot alter it. But I think they still have it control if it's been pending for days.
It could be dropped by the network of the coin or token that you're about to withdraw. Once it's dropped then your transaction will be canceled. That's what happened to me when I did one of my transaction there and it's been so long, the network has dropped it and got back refund.

Quite a terrible experience from Binance. Their support is so slow and sucks according to my experience, but they are the only ones you can help you in this case since it's a technical problem. support say's they sent my case to the relevent team, same message always, and im wondering if i can email them, because tickets are closed and there's no email for support, please if you anything about that let me know
What were you using for communicating with them if there is no email for support? yes no email support there's only live chat and it sucks! they really don't help for anything, i had an extremely bad experience with them. |

support say's they sent my case to the relevent team, same message always, and im wondering if i can email them, because tickets are closed and there's no email for support, please if you anything about that let me know
One way to get support real quick is to give them negative press. Post a complaint on Twitter(be precise and specific) while tagging @binance and @binancehelpdesk, and use the $FTM hashtag to hopefully get the attention of Fantom bulls. Probably post the Tweet link here as well so people can help you by liking and Re-tweeting. nice idea, going to try, hope that will work for me. and others support me too, to show binance my case

I don't think this is possible, once you create a withdrawal transaction and approve it from your email, you can't stop the withdrawal after that,if it's stuck then the balance must be available in your account itself, which coin are you withdrawing? And in which chain? Have you got the transaction Id or not? I think a few details can help, you can raise a thread in scam accusations about how Binance Is not releasing your money. i create a withdrawal transaction and approve it from email, token is FTM and network is FTM, tested with a small amount and it completed succussfully. Which coin are you trying to withdraw? I'd check their Twitter account and Reddit to see if they announced something or if other users are facing the same issue. What did the support say though? I think it's impossible to modify the pending withdrawal status by ourselves. Once it got pushed, it will be push or you have to wait until completely reversed (on which not likely will happen). Unfortunately, you have no choice but to wait for your ticket to be noticed or responded to by Binance. If it's been around a few days of waiting, please extend your patience. Keep us posted. im waiting for days and it's still "processing 0/1 confirmations" the transaction ID generated but still not bradcasting on the blockchain (can't find the transaction id on blockchain it show only in binance) i will give it more few days hope they can solve that |

I guess you have messed up something; otherwise, Binance wouldn't lock your withdrawal. Where did you withdraw? I mean the withdrawal address. Are you sure that you have used the correct network/chain? Just saying as I never had any issue with Binance other than the recent face verification LOL. You can reach their telegram channel as well & contact one of their respective mod to fix the issue.

yes im waiting for thier help too, but some others have the same issue and wait for months  You should create a support ticket rather than contact a live chat agent. I once faced a problem with a transaction which caused me to communicate in a live chat but that agent could not provide a proper solution. Later, by creating a support ticket, I got the solution of my problem by following the steps given by them in a very short time. I didn't have issues with Binance, but I did meet my fair share of bad support agents here and there. All I can say is: try again, give the exact full information, be overly patient and maybe you find a brighter one who will actually help you/see what has happened. yes, i really appreciate that and hope i can find a brighter one like u said who can really help me to reject or confirme the transaction. |

Binance withdrawals are not processing either because there are a large number of network confirmations required or because the network is congested. It is rare, but sometimes the network confirmation can take up to two full days. Keeping in touch with the support team is the best thing that you can do now. No one can assist you with the things you need. The Binance team will solve your problems if you believe you did nothing wrong.
I have a hard time answering this question. However, keep your contract with them, don't give up so soon.

You are in a bad situation and no one can help you except Binance support team. I checked in binance ftm withdrawal is open, then you must see the details of why this situation has been created before making any kind of comment. Although I have not withdrawn ftm from binance in recent time so I have no information about this.
You keep in touch with Binance's support team and follow their directions to confirm this withdrawal.

the last time i want to withdraw my FTM tokens to FTM network, i tired a small amount and it worked fine and then i tired to withdraw all my funds but the transaction never done, i can still see the balance on my account and the transaction show "proccessing" for days.. now i can do nothing, i still don't get my funds back neither can trade!
i talked to support via live chat, but always they say, we are working on it, and when i ask one of them about my issue and what's my transaction id to make sure they got my case, he give me another informations and it's not related to my case at all! i can't believe that is heppening with binance.

Can you share screenshot of your discussion to the support? You can use imgur.com to upload image and post link here. I recently withdraw FTM so I can say that there's no wrong on withdrawing that coin. Do you try already there live support? There live support always resolve quickly the stuck withdrawal. As far as I know, They will give you a form to fill up about your withdrawal details so that they can solve the issue quickly based on my previous experience. there's alot of chat, this is when support give me information not related to my case https://imgur.com/a/RhXlLAK |

It is only binance support team that can solve your issue, they can be a little slow to respond and you will have to drop so many follow up messages on their live chat and possibly on their social accounts to get more interest to your case.
Not your keys; not your coins. If you keep your funds on a centralized exchange, you give control of them to the exchange and they cab freeze your funds at anytime for reasons they discover.
