Hello good day, last time I shared the problem I had of some blocked miners that I bought from China (I was a victim of scam) talking to software engineers they say they can help me but I need an UNLOCK FIRMWARE for my model or some other Innosilicon model . I am here to ask for help if anyone had the same problem and has any Unlock Firmware that they can provide me with. The unlock firmware is so my engineer can compare and do something about it with my miners, I already tried innosilicon technical support and they don't help me


My purchase was legal, I can check my billing, the issue is that it was second-hand with a company in China (which I investigated and if it presents tax information) but innosilicon "can't" be held responsible because I didn't buy it with them.


I have been holding my investment for months because they sold me locked miners and nobody is in charge, if someone could provide me with an unlocking firmware I would greatly appreciate it. My miners are model T2Thf+ and T2Thl+ thanks

Thanks for your information! . I have the same problem, the fact is that I didn't buy it directly with Innosilicon and they don't want to support me if I don't have the ID. I'm broke my head and I need someone's help if you happen to have an order ID that you can lend me and I'll pay you for it I'd really appreciate it. If you don't want to share your innosilicon ID I can give you all the info and let you you send the mail for me. Just tell me how much $ it would be and I would appreciate your support.

I have the same problem and I sent a message to Innosilicon to find information and a solution. They have not given it to me, I have 3 out of 4 miners useless due to the same problem, and I discovered that with a software called "SecurityTool" you extract the DNA of the machine to send it to Inno and receive an UNLOCK FIRMWARE from them.

My equipment is second-hand and that's why they say they can't help me, it's honestly nonsense. They ask me for a purchase ID with them so that they listen to me I'm worried, I've tried everything and the more time passes I lose money.

Somebody could help me? my miners (MODEL) T2THF+
