Hi all, I'm having a similar issue but with my brand new S19a Pro... it's online but not hashing. There were 10 min where it did hash but at a very low rate. Chip states and temperature showed abnormal so I rebooted it. You can see it in the history log here:

After rebooting, it's stuck in this perpetual state of online but not hashing. Btw, there was plenty of airflow and my room is a cool 73 degrees F.

Here is the current log. Can anyone help me understand "ERROR_SOC_INIT: soc init failed!" and why entries like, "Chain x only find 100 asic, will power off hash board x" show up? It doesn't show a power issue. I'm also connected to the internet and the pool, but hashing is just at zero.

Boss, I'm in the same situation with 2 x S19a brand new units and extreme noob here 🙋‍♂️, do you have any good info on PIC? Are you referring the firmware?
