1  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Betcoin.ag is a scam operation that stole my $20263 on: August 18, 2025, 06:38:40 AM
Betcoin has since decided to turn it into a case that everybody else is lying but them. They are very well aware of taking US action knowingly from their regulars despite what their ToS officially states. For Betcoin, as long as an American had signed up from the states and never left the country it is fine to play, but if an American signs up abroad and plays while travelling back but wins, then he is a bad boy and his money needs to be confiscated. I am baffled by the fact that Betcoin has even chosen to lie about the actual balance trying to create an illusion like they are doing him a favor. I hope Betcoin will say some other things that are easily disprovable.

The same day as Betcoin confiscated TheLastLaugh's winnings, they had 2 US players in chat not denying the fact that they are in the US, support has told them to use a VPN, and they are "grandfathered" in. Meanwhile, Betcoin is saying they have 0 US players at all. Betcoin also deleted those messages from chat that same morning after which they chose to ban my account. Which means, Betcoin had to have seen the messages of these 2 players making the statements and claims.

Betcoin has since banned me, even though I had an account there sincce 2014, Ruby 1 with 0.2% to Diamond, I had reported to Betcoin numerous glitches and exploits in their sportsbook over this decade, I have even defended them against allegations of misconduct, and as a thank you, they are trying to make it into "disgruntled affiliate" who is lying. By the way, which online casino would choose to attack their affiliates for referring players wanting to make money, when that is literally their business model?

Betcoin has also banned oshambles who is a Canadian regular after he went to hold Betcoin accountable for this action because just like we, he also knows that Betcoin is taking USA action knowingly from players who never leave the country. And have reqeuested a KYC from him to send out his remaining $32 balance. What a joke. You have sent his withdrawals without any issues before but now when he holds you accountable for shady business practices, you ban him and keep his little money.

By the way, this conversation of David being made aware of this being an American in Poland took place sometime in 2021, I am unsure whether it is over email, support tickets, ZenDesk, or perhaps even socials. I have spoken to David on so many different communication channels, but I have never lied to them. If i wanted to cheat and hustle you, Betcoin, then I would have exploited the BetSoft table games bug into an oblivion and bought myself a mansion, instead I reported it to you. But now you are trying to make it sound like I had referred an US player living in the states, which is not true.

Besides that, Patrick after adjusting his balance 1:1 to deposits, said when he is back in Poland and documents renewed to mail for reinstating of the account. If you had actually said we are going to return the winnings then, everything would have been fine. But you are trying to rob someone of 20k and then tell him oh you can come back later.
