The site takes 2 confirmations and I've never had an issue previously or had it taking so long before. I've contacted support on the site to see if they can see this as a pending transaction as my receiving address is correct, very strange

Thank you all. The address I sent the coins to is my own and have PGP confirmation of this. The site is not phishing it's the legit one I have made sure to double check. The transaction has 5 confirmation on electrum so I'll check the site again once it's reached over 6 to see if this was the issue

I sent bitcoins from my electrum wallet to my address on a site. I have confirmed the address and details, and the transaction is confirmed on my electrum wallet, but not appearing on the site I sent them to.
How do I contact electrum support to look into this?
