حضرت انس سے روایت ہے کہ نبی صل اللہ علیہ وسلم جب فتح مکہ کے موقع پر مکہ مکرمہ میں داخل ہوئے تو آپ صل اللہ علیہ وسلم نے سر مبارک پر خود پہنا ہوا تھا۔جب آپ نے خود اتارا تو ایک آدمی اس وقت حاضر ہوا ور عرض کیا کہ ابن خطل کعبہ کے پردو ں کے ساتھ لٹکا ہوا ہے،آپ صل اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ اسکو قتل کردو۔(بخاری)
حضرت علی رضی الله تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ ایک یہودیہ عورت نبی صلی اللّٰہ علیہ وسلم کو گالیاں دیتی تھی اور برا کہتی تھی تو ایک شخص نے اس کا گلا گھونٹ دیا یہاں تک کہ وہ مر گئی ، تو رسول الله تعالیٰ علیہ وسلم نے اس کے خون کو ناقابل سزا قرار دے دیا*
(ابوداؤد شریف باب الحکم فی من سب)
حضرت علی رضی اللّٰہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ نبی اکرم صلی الله عليه وسلم نے فرمایا کہ جو کسی نبی کو برا کہے اسے قتل کیا جاے اور جو صحابہ کو برا کہے اس کو کوڑے لگا دے جائیں*

رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ لِكَعْبِ بْنِ الْأَشْرَفِ فَإِنَّهُ قَدْ آذَى اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ أَنَا فَأَتَاهُ فَقَالَ أَرَدْنَا أَنْ تُسْلِفَنَا وَسْقًا أَوْ وَسْقَيْنِ فَقَالَ ارْهَنُونِي نِسَاءَكُمْ قَالُوا كَيْفَ نَرْهَنُكَ نِسَاءَنَا وَأَنْتَ أَجْمَلُ الْعَرَبِ قَالَ فَارْهَنُونِي أَبْنَاءَكُمْ قَالُوا كَيْفَ نَرْهَنُ أَبْنَاءَنَا فَيُسَبُّ أَحَدُهُمْ فَيُقَالُ رُهِنَ بِوَسْقٍ أَوْ وَسْقَيْنِ هَذَا عَارٌ عَلَيْنَا وَلَكِنَّا نَرْهَنُكَ اللَّأْمَةَ قَالَ سُفْيَانُ يَعْنِي السِّلَاحَ فَوَعَدَهُ أَنْ يَأْتِيَهُ فَقَتَلُوهُ ثُمَّ أَتَوْا النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَأَخْبَرُوهُ

مختصرترجمہ:
حضرت عمروبن العاص روایت کرتے ہیں کہ میں نے جابر بن عبداللہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنھما سے سنا کہ حضور صل اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ کون کھڑا ہوگا کعب بن اشرف کیلئے کیونکہ اس نے اللہ اور اسکے رسول کو تکلیفیں دی ہیں تو محمد بن مسلمہ اٹھ کھڑے ہوےاورپھر جا کر اسکو قتل کردیا۔اور پھر حضور صل اللہ علیہ وسلم کو اطلاع دی کہ میں نے اسکو قتل کردیا۔
