I think it will be better if you translate the language into English and keep the original Russian language too. And then it will attract more bidder/client for the site. And regarding the provably fair you should hire someone who can do it as you are not mathematician. If you can do it then the price of your site will be much more than now. It's so sad that you have to sell your site for survival. I have checked your site and it's quite good actually but as you have said the language is not in English so it will be another work for the new owner to translate all of it. My guess is if there is an interested buyer then you will tell him/her the price of your site, right?. My guess is you need more money to move in other country. However, it is also good for the possible buyers to know the cost they have to pay for your site.

The site looks nice, i really like the frontend design, but I can't find information about the provably fair. Can you explain to us how the engine gets the result of each bet?
And another question, if you sell the site you sell it with the current database and all the users or the tables get dropped and it starts from cero?

Regarding fair play, I unfortunately could not come up with anything, because I'm not a mathematician and no serious knowledge of formulas, but in Crash mode generation of X goes as follows: We generate 2x numbers from 0 to 100,000,000. In response, we receive the 2 requested numbers. The first number in the sequence is used to determine if the round should crash from x1.00 to x1.03 or not (approximately 10% chance). The second number is what determines the final multiplier at which the round crashes (for more details, see the formula below). The formula is as follows: firstNumber = random(1, 100000000)
secondNumber = random(1, 100000000)
multiplier = 0
if (firstNumber < 100000000 * 0.10) {
multiplier = rand(1.00, 1.03)
} else {
multiplier = 100000000 / secondNumber
} In Jackpot, tickets are given out when you bet, and the winner is chosen at random: winnerTicket = random_int(1, lastTicket).

What is the approximate budget of it? Have you access of the site? If yes, would you like to provide emails of the site? If you can provide email address then people who want to buy this may consider you as a legit seller of the site. Otherwise they will have confusion either you are the owner of the site or not. This is so sad to hear that you had to sell this site for the reason of survival, praying for your safety. I hope that you are able to sell this as soon as possible so you can flew to a safer place right away. Although I am not capable to buy this just by thinking about it, ill share it to my colleagues and perhaps encourage some to inquire and some to spread the news.
