I think its purely a trial social experiment that involves a possible money grabs. Who knows if this is legit. I can see the twitter has series of followers but it can be cheated. Only got some few post. Of course anyone would be hesitant for it. Unless you have some good affiliation at least on Twitter. The idea isnt bad but this will hurt bitcoin maxi for using it on a plausible nft sale.

Everyone can launch those NFT projects,if they want.
Why don't you stop people who hold bitcoin, since they make so much money.If you have this time and energy to raise the bar, it is better to give them more good suggestions to the DAO.
