for last 5 days until now, its very hard to connect to multi algo port (4xxx), my rigs keep move to another backup pool (most of time) or 3xxx port backup pool (sometime), check it out plz, thanks.

Site up, greet work  There is another problem I forget to tell you, I checked and it seem happen to everyone (this problem happen when one algo stay in best price for very long time, I cant check if best price change from this to that too fast): - No matter which algo is the best price, all my rigs are mining at "best price algo" but sometime your system "think" another algo is better price and move one or some my rigs to another random algo, but because another random algo isnt the best price - the move is wrong - so those rigs moved to anther random algo stay for 3 to 5 mins but didn't mine anything and move back to current best price algo. That why when you check everyone you will see diff total online time in some rigs. |

Alright... I am really frustrated...
Last 24 days I had all NH pools (X11/13/15) went dead. Couple of times.
Rebooted my gateways/servers etc but no change.
It just says "dead".
It works fine using another location (made a VPN and used it as gateway -
also checked wimi.com to make sure I had different IP).
Does this mean my IP address is being banned for some reason?
My X11 total hashing is about 350 - like 30-35 miners.
Could this be a provider problem instead?
Any ideas how to "debug" dead pools (ping/tracert/nslookup analog)?
I have same problem, I'm bit lucky than you because I have dynamic IP so I can get new IP by reset modem, need reset 7-8 times to reconnect NH, but then my rigs only stay like 20 to 40 mins and NH kick me out again. |

Special access will be available for big miners next week. We are working on that.
Thank god for this good news, cant wait to see it  My rigs total X11 hash rate ~650MH/s, hope this can count as big miners so I can sleep well and no need worry about connection anymore (now I have much headache with it). |

Yep, protection enabled now.
I'm so tired with your protect system, always kick me out and nearly impossible to reconnect, reset modem 10 times, can reconnect 1 times, and kick out after 5 to 10 mins, should you try register user and if any user have connect problem can ask you to put them to white list like other big pool? |

Are you getting a lot of rejects? Is one of your rigs makings tons of rejects? If yes, remove that rig and everything will be fine.
My total rejects around 1% to 2%, my highest rejects rig ~8% but good news is my rigs connect back to NH just fine and work good now without modem reset, thank you so much for your support. |

Done, can you add my IP to your whitelist fast plz, because I just got ban from your system again, if you don't add fast I will have to reset my modem again and my IP will change  |

Ok here how NH ban me: - If I reset modem and got new IP, my rigs work fine with current highest price algo. - When NH change to another algo (this times from X13 to Nist 5) my rigs moved to Nists 5 and mine for like 2 mins then NH just ban me -> my rigs move to any backup pool but not NH. - If I want my rig connect to NH again, I have to reset modem (too tired, 3 times already and NH will ban me again when your system change algo). It was far from crash, believe me. Same thing happened 2 days ago and we thought the issue is in our software, after a while we realized that there was an attack going on that flooded our TCP ports. Now we have some advanced protections in place and that protection has just been enabled and filtered attack, so everthing is working good now again.
Your workers may not be active more than 1 minute if you use mining software that does not support extranonce changes. Then for every order swap, your miner is reconnected.
My rigs were working fine for 5 days, it start cant connect to NH 30 mins ago and I had to reset modem 2 times already to get new IP to reconnect NH, rigs now connect good to NH, testing.... and disconnect again... |

Why all the sudden did 70% of my miners fail over to my backup pool??? Is NiceHash having issues or what?  it was working fine until 10 min ago? ?? No I and not using the P option.. I am also getting disconnects  Are the connection problems ever going to get fixed? Like right now only half of my farm is connecting. And a lot of the time i'm sitting on failover pools Also, are you going to implement x15? Nicehash dev, can you please look at our provider disconnect problem and fix it or all you care is buyer only? I didn't see you reply any of us about this disconnect problem, its really annoying when rig doesn't connect to NH and I have to reset modem to get new IP for NH accept me reconnect. Thank you. |

Important! You should set appropriate difficulty for your miner to increase efficiency and reduce the number of submitted shares that produces rejects. If you have fast miner that is capable of creating masses of rejects at short time, then set higher difficulty so the reject count is lower, otherwise your miner might get banned by our overload prevention system. One thing to remember is that difficulty doesn't affect earnings. Higher difficulties will result in lower bandwidth and less frequent shares submission. hi nicehash dev, me and my friends getting disconnect problem, around 2 to 3 hours (give or take) we cant connect to Nicehash (or Nicehash disconnect with us), if we want to reconnect we have to reboot modem to get new IP, after modem reboot - got new IP, we can connect to Nicehash just fine (we using dynamic ip internet).
This problem start after DDoS and maybe because of you starting ban IP with too many reject (my reject always 2 to 5% and I tried all the way but cant get my reject lower -if someone know please tell me, thanks), is there anyway for us to avoid this disconnect problem, its really annoying to wake up at night each 2 to 3 hours to reset modem.
P/S: me and my friends live same country but we use diff ISP and we live in diff town so this cant be internet problem.
