ইউক্রেন যুদ্ধে একে অপরের মধ্যে মুদ্রা টান্সফার করা বন্ধ হয়ে গেছে। কারণ ইউক্রেনের বেশিরভাগ ব্যাংক বিধ্বস্ত ।

ইউক্রেন রাশিয়া যুদ্ধের কারণে রাশিয়া এবং ইউক্রেনের কাগজের টাকার প্রচলন বন্ধ। এইক্ষেত্রে ইউক্রেনের সরকার প্রধানরা সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে, তারা এখন থেকে ক্রিপ্টোকারেন্সিতে লেনদেন করবেন। আর সবচেয়ে মজার বিষয় হলো তারা ০৩ টি ক্রিপ্টোকারেন্সি কি বৈধ ঘোষণা দিয়েছে। সেই ক্রিপ্টোকারেন্সিগুলি হচ্ছে :-

০৩)USDT

আর বিভিন্ন আন্তর্জাতিক সংবাদমাধ্যমে এটাকে একটি আলোড়ন হিসেবে দেখা হচ্ছে।

অন্যদিকে রাশিয়ার সুইফট ব্যবস্থা বন্ধ করা হয়েছে। আর সুইফট ব্যবস্থা বন্ধ থাকাতে আমেরিকা ও ইউরোপে রাশিয়াতে ব্যাংকিং ট্রানজেকশন নিষিদ্ধ ঘোষণা করেছে। আর তাই এখন কেউ আর রাশিয়া থেকে অন্য দেশে বা অন্যদেশ থেকে রাশিয়াতে কোন মুদ্রা স্থানান্তর করতে পারবে না।

এই ক্ষেত্রে রাশিয়ার সরকার প্রধান বলেছে, রাশিয়ায় বিটকয়েন এখন থেকে বৈধ ও মুদ্রা স্থানান্তরের জন্য ক্রিপ্টোকারেন্সি ব্যবহারের অনুমোদন দেওয়া হলো এবং এখন থেকে ক্রিপ্টোকারেন্সিতেই মুদ্রার স্থানান্তর হবে।

বিশেষ দ্রষ্টব্য :- আমার ব্যক্তিগত মতামত হচ্ছে, এই যুদ্ধের ফলে যদি তেমন ব্যাপক ক্ষয়ক্ষতি নাও হয় তবু প্রচলিত কাগজে টাকার উপর একটা বড় ধরনের বিরূপ প্রতিক্রিয়া ফেলবে এই রাশিয়া এবং ইউক্রেনের মধ্যকার যুদ্ধ।
