XDAG Community Developer Regular Meeting Minutes (35th)
On April 28, 2024, XDAG community developers held the 35th regular meeting. Participants communicated and arranged the recent development work of the community:
Ⅰ. Work review
1. Release XDAG V0.7.1, the upgrade matter includes:
a. Optimize the sync request algorithm, fix the sync process stuck problem, improve the sync speed, and greatly shorten the sync time.
b. Introduce a light mode for non-mining nodes, enabling vonsensus verification and data sync with reduced RAM consumption.
c. Fix the TX fee bug triggered by special circumstances.
2. Two community nodes have been successfully established. The related equal and solo mining pools are being debugged simultaneously and are planned to be officially launcheded lately.
3. Test the original XMRIG software to directly mine XDAG. The original XMRIG could be used in the future to mine XDAG.
Ⅱ. Follow-up work
1.Continue to develop the conversion of transfer fees from fixed rates to variable rates, and achieve transfer priority ordering of transfer rates; ;
2. Officially announce the community public nodes.
Ⅲ. Reaffirmation of principles
In order to maintain a fair and positive environment among nodes, the community reiterates that it will provide differentiated support for nodes that accept Apollo Consensus and implement donation plan, including: display and recommendation of community public media channels and technical support from community developers, etc.

Ⅰ. 工作回顾
1.发布XDAG V0.7.1版本，升级内容包括:
a.优化同步请求算法，修复同步过程卡顿的问题，提高同步速度，大幅缩短同步耗时
b.为节点提供light模式，负责共识验证和同步数据的功能，大幅降低运行内存消耗
c.修复特殊情况触发的手续费BUG
2.成功搭建2个社区节点，相关的equal和solo矿池正在同步调试中，计划近期正式公布
3.测试原版XMRIG软件支持挖矿XDAG，后续用户可便捷的使用原版XMRIG挖XDAG

1.持续推进转账手续费由固定转为可变，实现转账优先级排序;
2.正式公布社区公共节点
Ⅲ. 重申原则
为维护各节点间公平、积极的环境，社区重申将对接受阿波罗共识并执行阿波罗捐赠的节点进行差异化支持，包括: 社区公共媒体渠道的展示、推荐以及社区开发者的技术支持等

XDAG Community Developer Regular Meeting Minutes (34th)
March 31, 2024
On March 30, 2024, XDAG community developers held the 34th regular meeting. Participants communicated and arranged the recent development work of the community:
Ⅰ. Work review
1. The XDAG V0.7.0 Hummingbird upgrade was successfully completed, and the mainnet has been running smoothly, which has been fully recognized by community enthusiasts. Miners no longer need a proxy to connect to the mining pool, the hardware requirements for mining pool operation are further reduced, and the increase in handling fees makes the network more secure from attacking.
2. Promote the establishment of community public nodes and provide convenience for community enthusiasts to freely create mining pools.
Ⅱ. Follow-up plan
1. Start XRC-20 research and development work (updated to the community roadmap on official website).
2. Upgrade the transfer fee from fixed to variable to prioritize transfers and lay the foundation for the implementation of XRC-20 (updated to the community roadmap).
3. Try to promote XMRig mining software to support XDAG algorithm.
4. Announce community public nodes.

1.成功完成XDAG V0.7.0蜂鸟升级，主网平稳运行至今，得到了社区爱好者们的充分肯定。矿工不再需要代理连接矿池，矿池运行的硬件要求进一步降低，手续费的增加使得网络更加安全；
2.推动搭建社区公共节点，为社区爱好者自由创建矿池提供便利
Ⅱ. 后续计划
1.开启XRC-20研发工作(已更新至社区路线图)；
2.将转账手续费由固定转为可变，实现转账优先级的排序，为实现XRC-20打下基础(已更新至社区路线图);
3.尝试推动XMRig软件支持XDAG算法;

XDAG V0.7.0 Mainnet Upgrade Announcement After three rounds of public testing in the community, the XDAG V0.7.0 mainnet upgrade is ready. The relevant work arrangements for the upgrade are as follows: Ⅰ Upgrade time Start time: March 16th 12:00 (UTC+0) Ending time: subject to announcement (estimated to be 3 hours) Snapshot data: Data at 12:00 on March 16, 2024 (UTC+0) Upgraded version: XDAGj-V0.7.0 Ⅱ Impact Assessment This mainnet upgrade will have the following impacts: A. Wallet users: Clear historical transfer data before the wallet snapshot time point B. Trading platform: Please stop the node running in advance and upgrade to version 0.7.0 later. If the trading platform adopts the transfer reserve deposit method, please process the user's account application before the main network upgrade time to avoid disputes. Ⅲ Upgrade content 1. Separation of mining pools and nodes 2. Mining pools are removed from the whitelist and users can build their own mining pools. 3.Set a 0.1 transfer fee 4. 1. Successfully completed the second and third rounds of public testing of XDAG version 0.7.0;
2. Fix various problems reported during the public beta;
3. Discuss the community incentive model.

1. Start the final confirmation work after fixing the public beta issues of version 0.7.0 and start preparing for the mainnet upgrade;
2. In view of the contributions made by community developers to version 0.7.0, it is planned to launch a special crowdfunding donation task to encourage community developers.

XDAG version 0.7.0 third round of public beta announcement Dear community members, the third round of open beta in the community is now open. We hope that everyone will actively participate in this open beta. The public beta matters are arranged as follows: Ⅰ Basic information Time: February 17th 14:00 (UTC) - February 24th 14:00 (UTC) Version: XDAG 0.7.0 Testnet browser: https://testexplorer.xdag.io/Ⅱ Verification content 1. Freely build a mining pool (newly added). Community members can freely build mining pools through github steps. 2. Continue to improve and optimize the new version of node and mining pool code

On December 2, 2023, XDAG community developers held their 30th regular meeting. Participants communicated on the recent development work:
Ⅰ. Work review
1. The code development work for the XDAG node transfer fee function has been completed and the function is currently under internal testing;
2. The code development work for the basic functions of the XDAG independent mining pool has been completed, and internal testing of the functions is currently underway;
3. Assist the new trading platforms to complete technical docking.
Ⅱ. Recent plans
Continue to optimize the code and improve the interface of nodes and mining pools. After completing the internal testing of functions and performance, we plan to officially launch the community public beta version.

1. The donation of google browser plug-in wallet development tasks has been officially launched. Community enthusiasts are requested to respond actively to encourage developers;
2. Basic function development work of XDAG independent mining pool.
Ⅱ. Recent plans
Continue to promote the development of node mining pools, improve XDAG independent mining pool nodes and protocol communication between mining pools, and plan to start internal testing in the near future;

Regarding the potential psychological impact of the certain trading platform being hacked incident, community developers reiterated the bottom line and basic principles that need to be adhered to:
1. No one has the right to actively modify the main chain address data;
2. Community developers only maintain the unmodified main chain.

XDAG community Developer Regular Meeting Minutes (28th)
At 21:30 of September 30, 2023, XDAG community developers held the 28th regular meeting. Participants communicated on the recent development:
Ⅰ. Work review
1. A new enthusiast has taken the initiative to apply to develop the Chrome plug-in wallet, and has well communicated with the community. Crowdfunding will be launched in the near future to encourage developers to contribute to the community;
2. Reconstruct the XDAG network protocol to improve synchronization efficiency;
3. Complete the development of node transfer fees and main block donation code;
4. XDAG co-branded the Eastern Football Club successfully completed its first Douyin live broadcast game, with about 20,000 live fans on the stadium and about 3,000 online viewers on Douyin. The next live broadcast will be held on October 2.
Ⅱ. Recent plans
Continue the separation of node mining pools, improve the basic function code of the XDAG independent mining pool and the network communication between nodes and mining pools. It is expected to complete the internal beta version by the end of October;

Ⅰ. 工作回顾
1. 有新爱好者主动申请承担Chrome插件版钱包开发工作，已同社区进行对接，近期将开启众筹工作以激励开发者为社区做出的贡献；
2. 对XDAG网络协议进行重构，提升同步效率；
3. 完成节点转账手续费以及主块捐赠代码的开发；
4. XDAG联名东方足球队成功完成首场抖音直播比赛，现场观众约2万人，抖音在线人数最高约3000人，下一场直播将在10月2日举行。
Ⅱ. 近期计划
继续推进节点矿池分离工作，完善XDAG独立矿池基础功能代码及节点、矿池间网络通讯，初步预计10月底完成内测版本；

XDAG V0.6.5 Mainnet Upgrade Announcement It's very pleased to inform the community that after passing the community public beta, the XDAG V0.6.5 mainnet upgrade is ready, and the arrangements for the mainnet upgrade are as follows: Ⅰ Upgrade time Start time: 12:00, August 28 (UTC+0) End time: Undecided (expected 3 hours, subject to subsequent announcements) Start data: Data snapshot at 12:00 (UTC+0) on August 28, 2023 Upgrade version: XDAGj-0.6.5 Ⅱ Impact Assessment After the mainnet is upgraded to version 0.6.5, the following impacts will occur: Wallet users: no impact Miner users: no impact Trading platform: update trading platform node RPC call logic Ⅲ Upgrade content 1.Upgrade the synchronization method between nodes to optimize the synchronization time and data transmission volume; 2.Upgrade the data type of the balance and introduce the XAmount data type so that the minimum unit of the balance is 1 nano, that is, 1 XDAG = 10^9 nano; 3.Introduce MySQL database to store transaction history to enrich storage and query methods, and add RPC functions to make query transaction history more flexible and diverse. XDAG Community Developer Regular Meeting Minutes (25th)
At 21:30 on the evening of July 1, 2023, the developers of the XDAG community held the 25th regular meeting, and the participants communicated about the recent development work of the community:
Ⅰ. Work Review
1. Successfully assist the new trading platform to complete the technical docking work;
2. Release XDAGj version 0.6.4 to solve and optimize the synchronization problem and efficiency of the main network nodes, and greatly reduce the synchronization time;
3. Start the XRC-20 and AMM protocol design work.
Ⅱ. Short-term plan
1. The code development of the XDAG node to increase the transfer fee has been completed, and the mining pool separation work has been started simultaneously. After the developer test is completed, the community public test is initially expected to be carried out in late July;
2. Start the new UI design and development of XDAG Pro PC version;
3. Continue the release procedure work of XDAG Pro wallet in the IOS app store. It is expected that the application for the IOS enterprise developer account will be completed in the near future, which will be a substantial step towards the successful release of the XDAG Pro IOS wallet.

2023年7月1日晚21：30，XDAG社区开发者召开了第25次例行会议，与会人员对社区近期开发工作进行了沟通：
Ⅰ. 工作回顾
1. 顺利协助交易平台完成技术对接工作；
2. 发布XDAGj 0.6.4版本，解决、优化主网节点同步问题及效率，大幅缩减同步时间；
3. 开启XRC-20及 AMM协议设计工作。
Ⅱ. 近期计划
1. 已完成XDAG节点增加转账手续费代码开发，并同步开始矿池分离工作，在完成开发者测试后，初步预计7月下旬进行社区公测;
2. 开始XDAG Pro PC版本新UI设计及开发工作；
3. 继续推进XDAG Pro钱包在IOS应用商店发布。预计近期能完成IOS企业开发者账号的申请，为成功发布XDAG Pro IOS版本钱包迈出实质性的一步。

1. Completed the Crowdfunding Task of the Exchange listing fee and proceed the Exchange pre-listing work;
2. Successfully listed XDAG on UUBiter trading platform.
Ⅱ. Short-term plans
1. Sorted out the plan of increasing transfer fees and mining pool separation from nodes, and preliminarily expected to complete code development by the end of June;
2. Fully promote the release of the XDAG- Pro wallet in the IOS app store. In order to solve the difficulty of releasing wallets on IOS, the community will try to establish a legal entity to meet the requirements for IOS enterprise developer accounts. The legal entity and accounts mentioned will be under the supervision and management of the community self-government team.

2. 全力推进XDAG Pro钱包在IOS应用商店发布。为解决在IOS发布钱包的困难，社区将尝试成立相关组织以满足IOS企业开发者账号要求。对于所提到的组织、账号都将处于社区自治团队的监督、管理之下。
