What is Oracle Finance all about?A vast majority of crypto projects have little to no value except community sentiment and hype. Rebase tokens were one of the newest trends to hit DeFi. $OHM was a good example of this. As cryptocurrency investors, we are often pulled into the hype, and promises of exponential gains. However, it is important to understand the above implications and to analyze the safety of an investment solution. Oracle Finance has set out to create value for their investors by developing several unique investment channels within their platform. Their objective is to grow its treasury and use the funds to effectively expand the value of ORCL, its native token. They are building upon the limitations of rebase tokens by eliminating APYs altogether.
How will you earn passive income?The main profit distribution method of Oracle Finance will be stable coin airdrops. This will prevent inflation that is generated due to high staking rewards. It will also help the investors to get passive yield by being invested in the project. The stable coin airdrops will be done by treasury profits that the protocol generates.
Where does the money in the treasury come from?Oracle Finance aims to own most of its liquidity by the LP bond mechanism. This is being done to guarantee the market that the liquidity is always there to facilitate buy and sell transactions. In addition, by being the largest LP (liquidity provider), the treasury will earn most of the LP fees which correspond to an additional source of income. There are a few ways of gaining revenue in the ORCL protocol:
1. Staking: The primary way for ORCL users to build wealth is to stake their tokens. Users stake theirORCL, locking it into the ecosystem, and receive sORCL in exchange (which will always be exchangeable for ORCL at a 1:1 ratio).
2. Bonding:
Bonds are sold by the protocol for different assets and in return the buyer receives ORCL at a discounted price. The more Bonds that are bought, the more money flows into the treasury which effectively raises the backing per our native token ORCL.
3. NFT-Platform:Oracle Finance aims to create a multichain NFT marketplace with an extensive list of new features. All the fees generated by the platform will be deposited to the treasury which in turn increases the overall backing of an ORCL token.
4. IDO-Launchpad:Oracle Finance aims to create a platform where new crypto ventures can list for IDOs. Every project launching on the launchpad will pay a platform fee, which will be distributed to the treasury.
