You are on the right track, you should not remove the tag. Chriistian claims to only own one account. But he has several transactions associated with RAFI40. So everything goes on as usual.
The cheater is caught, he gets confused in his accounts, and then the false excuses begin.

I just dig deeper and am still very sure that the two accounts are operated by one person. Lets just assume the two accounts mistakenly used each others wallet for proof of authentication, but from my research i notice these two accounts always register for the same bounty, they always submit bounty report almost the same time and i notice they are always very close to each other on spreadsheet which means they register bounty almost the same time. If the accounts are not operated by one person i dont think it will be possible to register for multiple campaigns almost the same time.
