Anyway since the representative in this forum isn't active since last year, you can ask on their forum, maybe their representative want to reply you.

I'm done talking to "these" 2 users. who the fck are you kid. keep getting money from casinos and do your job like a bot. nobody asked your idea, you started to blame users and trying to hide problem here. |

No, it's not the reason. The delay of response is happening to other users too. They have a lot of requests. I think they should prepare new way to solve issues. 25 days delay is really too much.

They dont answer from anywhere when you go telegram and say 'my account closed' mods only can say you 'go live support or mail' nothing more. And when you go live support they only saying go mail , and when you sent mail them they dont answer you. Sounds like not SCAM? Just asking. I'm not even talking about their forum. It seems like ghost casino. |

Okay, Live Support on their site hasn't told you anything? No one has talked to you? Is that what you're claiming? The only concern I have is that only newbie accounts are posting accusations, I've never seen an accusation from a 'veteran' user in this forum - and likewise the fact "you" and 'dutchman1012' are posting one after another in this thread doesn't raise the credibility of the claim. I can only tell you whenever I needed support I received it perfectly well via Live Chat on their site. That's my experience and I am not working for them like you claim neither. Reason could be when players have a problem with casinos , opening account and writing this forum? You and like your trustpilot bots getting money from casinos and trying to rise their reputaion. Tell me how much you take? I will pay you double and help players who have a problem with bcgame |

First of all, the moderators are people who manage the groups, they don't provide support, BCgame has a way of contacting them, including live chat on their site - have you used their proper channels to reach out to them? The reason I'm asking you this is because you're complaining about their mods but their mods are not the ones handling the accounts, they handle social channels. Secondly, You said "closed accounts" - plural - do you personally have an issue with BCgame? If not then why are you complaining on behalf of "others"? It seems this problem is increasing. But BC support is not clarify what is causing the problem. I hope I'm wrong and they can solve all problems. Otherwise I'm behind what I said rugpull will come. |

Dont blame theme for having fake reviews is normal stake too buy reviews and others casinos too.

It also annoys me a lot when the support is slow, and when in some moments they seem like they have no idea what they are doing, but in the end, everything is solved, at least in my case all issues I had with some casinos were solved. There's nothing 100% safe, that's a fact, so I guess any crypto casino (or any other service) can turn into a scam at any moment, so never deposit/gamble/trade/invest with more than you can afford to lose. People should generally be careful with casinos/services they use, and probably more important if anyone tries to cheat will have to deal with consequences. I was lucky last night and won, my payout was completed in less than a minute... I left some money so I can continue playing. Like some other members above, I never had any problems with BC games... Years passed, I have many deposits/withdrawals, I play in-house games, and slots, I bet on sports as well, and nobody asked me for KYC (which is great). as I understand OP show them player is right, probably they only can limit player and should pay balance. But @chipsgg stole his money. I cant see any abuse with those markets, value betting is not abuse. dont be stupid fellas, pay this guy and close this site. You are not capable to manage betting site.
